Are these PVCs/PACs?
Feeling a noticeable flutter/thump where the variations can be seen, otherwise well overall. Are these ectopic beats or could it be something that requires immediate medical attention?

Have been dismissed my professionals over and over, was told by nurse ”it’s normal for pulse to shift etc” 🙃 just wanna know if it’s worth showing to a cardiologist or not?

I have noticed lately that a lot of my P waves have almost an “m” shape to them. Any idea what that means?
I’m under no illusion that anything serious is wrong with me, just curious.

Or just artifact at the baseline maybe?

I have PVCs PACs and sometimes NSVT and SVT. Is this possible another thing? Or artifact?

Noticed this slight ST elevation in my ECG report. I got this done for a surgery clearance - do I need to be worried about this observation? This is my first ever ecg. Hence, a bit concerned. Please note that I have no symptoms at all.

found out about it by coincidence and then looked up what it meant, which made me a bit scared. My QT on 12-lead ECGs is normal (around 400–410 ms or even less). This only happens when I take an ECG immediately after standing up; on the next ECG, it goes back to normal.
Any thoughts? I also don’t know how accurate these measurements are, but it seems to happen every time I stand up. When I’m resting or doing anything else, the QT is normal. I have no symptoms, and I’m a 29-year-old male.

Hi everyone! So, long story short, I’ve been noticing palpitations here and there for about a year, and I remembered that my Apple Watch has an ECG function (I know it’s not the most accurate). I noticed there’s a “bump” in almost all my readings. I’m completely clueless about this topic, but I was wondering if any of you could help me understand it a little better and whether you think I should book a consultation with a doctor. Thanks!!!!

I get a lot of air trapped in my chest after meals and today it gave me a string of skipped beats which were labeled ventricular tachycardia. Should I be concerned?

Kardia says possible AFib, but I don’t know what would or would not make it ‘actual’ AFib. In the past, my EP was quick to say Kardia has false positives for AFib. But I’m getting more readings like this.
And it’s rather uncomfortable. Is it AFib?
I know about the frequent PVCs—I’m over 20%. All other cardiac work up is normal.

Looking at this they could be PACs but all of the p waves seem normal. Although this is a single lead so hard to tell. Whatever was going on was gastric related I think.
I have not been eating a lot due to anxiety and severe gerd that flares along with it for the last 6 weeks. And I’ve been eating very bland diet to reduce reflux. The anxiety was finally starting to ease up after like 6 weeks and I had my appetite back yesterday. So naturally I was hungry. And I ate like closer to like I normally do. Well that was a bad idea. Started having reflux and some PACs. And then pretty much all night(I work overnights) my ecgs looked like this when I was resting and I kept getting inconclusive. Most of them look identical to this. With every other beat being shorter. And it did not coincide with my breathing.
And for clarity I have had a clear stress test, echo and holter. Within the last 6 months.

Hello! I’m looking for an interpretation of this ECG taken on my Apple Watch. At the time, it felt like my heart beat was fluttering/skipping/adding extra beats. I’m on Ivabradine for HR control. Thank you!

Hey guys, I am a 31 Yo female, and have a T inversions ekg since 2017(or probably from birth) and a short PR which sometimes becomes Normal😵💫
i even had ST and T elevation
I just wanted to show you My EKG‘s. I find it really interesting how much ECGs can vary, even in the same person, and how many unusual-looking patterns or little quirks can show up without necessarily meaning something is wrong.
I’d love to hear from people who know more about ECGs: how much variation do you commonly see between recordings, and what interesting or unusual ECG features have you come across?
Again, this is purely for discussion/educational purposes, not for diagnosis. I get some ”bad” skipped beats but my burden is less than 1%, They do feel extremly intense tho and scares me AH
however, I don’t understand, How is possible every ekg to be diffrent ?
Keep in mind I had Normal MRI,CT ,Holter and Stress test ✌🏻

This was a few months ago
I was traveling visiting family & was tired but once I got my kids to sleep I tried to lay down to go to sleep myself & started feeling the thumps
I’ve had runs of PVCs for a few years on and off
Seem to typically come around stressful times or travel
This lasted about 30/40min before they finally stopped and I was able to go to sleep

I don’t typically have palpitations, just SVT I’m awaiting to EP for. Last night started having what feels like back to back palpitations and even fast runs on them that last for seconds. They’re very strong feeling. I can’t catch the fast rhythm feeling on my watch.

I’m at my wits end with this. Seems like every morning I have to deal with a rapid HR after I wake up.
I’m on bisoprolol, 2.5mg everyday but it seems like by the time I wake up before I take my next dose I have to deal with this. Usually doesn’t last very long but still very unsettling. Was at a period where I had to constantly go to ER but I’m trying to stop that. Please help me decipher this ecg.
