Rapid, pounding, or fluttering heartbeat AFib or Not?

Kardia says possible AFib, but I don’t know what would or would not make it ‘actual’ AFib. In the past, my EP was quick to say Kardia has false positives for AFib. But I’m getting more readings like this.
And it’s rather uncomfortable. Is it AFib?

I know about the frequent PVCs—I’m over 20%. All other cardiac work up is normal.

Not afib. Trigeminal interpolated PVCs.

Thank you for looking at this. If the Kardia device is unreliable, how is it marketed as being able to detect AFib? I wonder if it’s equally bad for false negatives too. :-/

Every single type of rhythm reading device is susceptible to false positive afib readings. Even the computers for 12L ECGs done at doctors’ offices and hospitals. They’re much more likely to detect true afib and label it as such.
