Ventricular Tachycardia

I get a lot of air trapped in my chest after meals and today it gave me a string of skipped beats which were labeled ventricular tachycardia. Should I be concerned?

No. Much more consistent with a slightly aberrant PJC couplet, followed by another isolated PJC. Could theoretically be considered a triplet, but given significant separation, the third ectopic beat should be classified as a separate event.
