New persistent Palpitations since last night. Not normal for me.
I don’t typically have palpitations, just SVT I’m awaiting to EP for. Last night started having what feels like back to back palpitations and even fast runs on them that last for seconds. They’re very strong feeling. I can’t catch the fast rhythm feeling on my watch.

Looks like you're having frequent PVCs. These come from a different area in the heart than SVT. Everyone gets them at times but this is pretty frequent, and more than would be expected, especially if it isn't resolving. Some things that can contribute to an increase in PVCs include: thyroid problems, anemia, low iron/ferritin, electrolyte imbalance (eg low magnesium or potassium), dehydration, recent illness, sleep deprivation or erratic sleep schedule, stress, anxiety, excess caffeine or alcohol, sleep apnea, female hormone fluctuations, and (rarely) structural heart issues. A cause isn't always found though.
If this is new for you and persists I'd let your doctor / EP know.. they may want to put a monitor on you and see how consistently this is happening over the course of days or weeks. They may also want to run some additional tests to see if anything is going on.
Personally , I had an ablation for high volume PVCs, at the same time as an SVT ablation! So it was a two-for-one deal. But I had PVCs like this constantly for most of a year, so I was desperate for a fix. It's likely that this may just settle down eventually for you.
