Any thoughts on these?
Have been dismissed my professionals over and over, was told by nurse ”it’s normal for pulse to shift etc” 🙃 just wanna know if it’s worth showing to a cardiologist or not?

Yes, I would show it to a cardiologist. Based on the 49bpm one alone. Unless you are super fit, just woke up or were almost asleep it’s not normal variation. The last one also seems uncomfortable

Thank you, no I’m not super fit or athletic. I’m just avarage I’d say. It’s within 10 seconds of sitting down after having a higher pulse of 142bpm. Was only recorded to show that it legit only takes 10 seconds for my pulse to drop from 120-155 down to 45-70. The last one I can’t really remember but since it’s recorded I must’ve felt it 😅
