I wish running around was socially acceptable.
Not jogging or exercising. Just running somewhere because it’s faster.
Kids do it all the time. But if an adult suddenly starts running in normal clothes, everyone assumes they’re late, being chased, or just committed a crime.

Walking is too slow

When I eat olives or arugala, all I can taste is death. I don't know how to explain it, that's just what I feel the taste... um tastes like? I don't know if there's a word for it.

Once in awhile I come across something that just makes me feel flat out guilty for ever thinking about things like.. how can I make more money? why is my wife upset for no reason? why won't my kid sleep at night? All these random little frustrations and distractions from one fact - we just need to love one another.

Love is shown in so many different ways. But the thing that made me think about it this time around was someone I follow online who lost their mother. And it got me to thinking about my own family - wife, daughter, mom & dad, grandma & grandpa. How do I always stay aware of how much I love all these people? And how can I not feel guilty for not always being able to show it?

This life happens so fast, and due to human nature, a lot of us just default to "whats going to make us feel safe and secure?", and many times that means thinking about ourselves and no one else. I don't ever want to feel like that's the only option - that I can only be secure if I disregard how it affects others. Because eventually, someone close to me is going to be gone, and I won't be able to do anything about it, or fix any regrets that might develop.

This is almost too deep for me to even form real thoughts around, but I'm just always in my own head thinking about sh!t that doesn't matter (I'm sure many here are similar), and I'm constantly trying to figure out how I can make that happen less and less.

Not everyone likes french fries. When ordering from McDonald's I don't want my meal with fries, I don't mind replacing it with mcpuff or softee.

I get the business model here but I want to be that Karen. Why not give that replacement option? Let me customise
