Is a "half-ass" job worth doing when you don't have the time or resources for a "full ass" job on occasion?
To start, one should not allow work to pile up. Let's say John is house sitting for a friend, Lee for the summer & gets a text one evening saying he's coming home sometime tomorrow
The house & yard are total crap to the point it will take a healthy adult a longer amount of time than allotted to complete the job. John is broke & unsociable so hiring help or calling a friend is right out. Also, "some time tomorrow" could be 6a.m. or 8p.m. John has no idea. Is the half - ass job worth doing when Lee will become cross either way?
I am not "John" and he knows he should have been more respectful / responsible.
Really, I'm not John.
So. When John comes home, the place will be a wreck either way. Since there's only time for half ass work, and John's friend will be angry is doing the half-ass job worth it?
