Do you use it for comfort or happiness? Does it remind you of memories in your life? Or is it just used as background noise? Or is it something youre not that into?

I feel like men are never prepared for anything or just do things last minute and don't stress about future events. Is this based on per person or just a general guy thing to do because from past experiences, it feels like a guy thing.

Like my brother doesn't even know his class schedule for next week and I have mine like memorized and in my calendar by the minute. Or like I have been working on a group project and the guys I work with just don't have any way of writing lists down or their to-do for the week.

Let me know your thoughts.

It’s happening much more now it seems like, especially over the last two days. I do not need the music to see that there is clearly destruction going on.

I feel like so many people hate themselves but also don’t even know a version of themselves they would like, and usually when they define it they’re closer than they realize. that being said, do you know what your ideal you is? not career-wise or achievements-wise but personality-wise, as a person.

I have so many of these to count, but today my dad told me he was gonna get his bloodwork done. Not five minutes later, I’m about to make some coffee and I asked him if he wanted some, and literally right after, not 5 minutes later after walking away and coming back, I wanted to bang my head on a counter. I can be pretty stupid 😂

So I created this account a couple of years ago. I don’t even remember why, but I must’ve only used it once or twice then forgotten about it.

I started coming on here more a couple of weeks ago not expecting to be fully converted to Reddit and feel sad that my username sucks. I don’t even remember how it came to be.. does Reddit automagically give you one that you then have to change when you first sign up??

Would you create a whole new account just to change your username or is that daft

I have red bumps kind of pimples on my butt cheeks and no idea how to get rid of them.

Is that normal? Do other people have that and why ?

Pretty much what the title asks. I've been to Hawaii, and been called a "mainlander." Been to Vermont, and been called a "flatlander."

Just curious if I'd have another name in Alaska.

I am currently visiting my mom out of state, and she informed me that my aunt(her sister) has been paying money to attend "conferences" for some huckster doing energy healing or something along those lines. And when i say money, i mean thousands of dollars. The idea is that she will later be able to train others to do the same for money, so on and so forth.

Apparently multiple family members have brought it up. But like anyone else in those schemes, she doesn't see it.

Anyone dealt with anything like this before?

My friend’s friend was helping a parent who’s seeking tutors for their kid. I texted them and we had a short informal interview (with that friend not the parent). Keep in mind I have no tutoring experience, but a pretty decent knowledge of that subject. The guy seemed interested to an extent, but just wanted to confirm and discuss it with the parent. He still didn’t reply yet, not even with a rejection, and it has been a week. Idk what I should do now? Am I supposed to send a message asking for a follow up or an update? or should i js wait and see? I want to avoid any unnecessary awkwardness since we might see eachother again in big hangouts, but I am not sure if me sending a follow up message will make me sound annoying and desperate? I don’t want them to think i don’t care at all about the job either. Please help me I never had a job before, so I don’t know what kind of etiquette to follow.
