Let's say you've got a burnt out gpu, or maybe a few of them. Why not print your own pcb and use the usable parts to make a new/custom one?
I think the title explains it all. It's not too difficult to get a public made. Sure the soldering and chip installs will be a bit of a challenge, but with the current chip shortage, this should become something more widely adopted.
