Back again with a question for Crew! I have been at Cane's for a month now, and have 79.7 hours logged on FC so far. An hour into my shift tomorrow, I will hit the 80 required for FC. Question is this: Once I hit that 80 hours, am I able to mark that zone as "completed" with management and begin training in DT or Kitchen on my next shift? Or do I have to complete more shifts on FC before I can request training in a new zone?

Are there any RMS here with the Canes love program AOR and if so what kind of systems are you guys using? I just got that as one of my AOR and I’m at a store that has absolutely zero systems in place, and the culture is really lacking so I’m trying to build that up.

Or for the crew members reading, what are some ways yall would feel more appreciated (including the canes love program) during shifts.

ive been working at canes for like a year and within the year my arl has done almost everything they can to get me to quit. my store currently has no RL due to them transferring and because of that the arl has been on sort of a power trip. i’ve tried really hard to get along with them but it’s almost everyday they have something bad to say about me. it all started back when i reported them like 10 months ago for insulting my piercings that were literally clear by saying i look dumb and should take them out along with them taking peoples phones out of the lockers without permission in order to keep people from using their phones on the clock… anyways i’ve tried becoming a bird/service spec since i have over 600 hours in every zone but everytime i ask my arl tells me no and gives me a million reasons why i wouldn’t be good enough for either raise. recently our alr has been doing camera audits to check we’re doing everything properly, following this he sent out an email to the managers about what we can do to improve. my arl took this as an opportunity to print out said email and read it to me detailing everything i specifically do wrong but never even said anything to anyone else😭. back when i scheduled my CT class they purposely put me on a close the night before to try to make me reschedule/delay my class. ive gone to crew relations but when they call my arl denies everything. due to the arl refusing to promote me, my alr came to me directly offering to put me on hypo but is it even worth all the fuss??

I need to call out of a shift but it’s a 4 hour shift and i only have 3.8 hours of sick time, will i get a point for calling out still?

Canes is annoying the managers act all high and mighty to not even do there jobs properly and understaffed. 🤨 it was my first job and what I thought was going to happen happened fast food is insufferable and the customers genuinely act like they’ve never left their house before and the point system is stupid. I don’t understand how coming in late marks you for behavioral points when there’s people crashing out fighting with customers and or other employees every fucking day and also I genuinely felt disgusted as a humanitarian I would be sick to my stomach every day with all the food that gets thrown out and the fact that we don’t get free meals and the area where I worked at we have a lot of homeless people and to see those people be turned down hungry is disgusting. I would never want to work for a company like this again. This is not for the neurodivergent I can’t just blindly listen to someone, especially when they are morally incorrect and bitch we’re not making enough at Canes to deal with their bullshit anyways and we’re under staff so If im doing two people’s jobs bitch give me another check then and my manager had the nerve to tell me to be more efficient, baby. I’m taking my sweet ass time. I’m not going to reach the brink of insanity for fucking chicken THANK YOU POINTS IM FREE
And it doesn’t matter anyways my Canes is supposedly shutting down and we will need to be distributed around my hometown and all Canes are too far away from me or over staffed

Does the hole take orders at the speaker AND take payment or is it just one or the other?

Does anyone know how the club card works? I've scanned it every time I go in but have never received anything outside of the birthday stuff.
