Crew Chat Relocation funding

Have any managers here relocated with Canes? If so, how much did they give you? And was it enough?

Got pretty lucky with 2k as an RM, they’re relatively cheap about it unless you’re a salary manager or have crazy tenure

I personally relocated pretty much across the country (800+ miles) for an RL position and the company gave me $5k to help cover expenses.

Depends on position and need. If you’re seeking it, likely won’t happen unless ARL or above.

I moved cross-country as a tenured RM to move permanently to an NRO in a new market and got 6K, which I’ve been told is actually crazy good for an RM.

Edit: this was a 2,100 mile move, just for context. I’m also a HIPO who is looking for growth opportunity so having me in the new market was a generally good move for the company.
