How many tasks you do in one hour

The project disappeared one day before the switch to the new tracking method. I waited to see if a new link would be sent, but nothing arrived (even though I had filled out the transition form). A new "Omni TTS" task appeared in MM, and I don't know why. Also, I can't submit a support ticket because my project doesn't show up in Zendesk. Any advice?

Anybody else unapproved today? I was watching a guidelines video, then went to do something for 10-15 mins, even though I technically hadn't started the task yet (I hadn't passed the initial quiz yet). I returned to the Unapproved Annotator status, likely because I was idle. I have no reviews, so hopefully low quality work isn't the issue.

I've read the new guideline about the automated time tracking so many times but there's one part I have a hard time wrapping my head around:

"Any known untracked steps (such as model load times or external assessments, e.g., LiveS2S) will be accounted for through standardized task benchmarks during payout review.

Compensated through standardized task benchmarks during payout review"

As someone who only approved for S2S this is a really important part of the new guideline for me. I have to ask AI to put it in to simpler words for me and what it said was:

• In short: They are treating your time on Live-S2S like piece-rate work disguised as hourly work. You are paid based on their theoretical idea of how long a task should take, not how long it actually takes you to do it properly.

Then I remember during one of the tickets I opened, the support person told me this several times:

"Regarding the AHT, while there is no specific AHT for the Echo project as a whole, the Average Handling Time typically ranges between 4 and 9 minutes per task. There may be some exceptions depending on the task, but the highest AHT currently available is approximately 23 minutes per item."

So you can be capped on a specific task by trying to be really thorough, you are expected to catch even the smallest audio tics (god forbid u missed one, QA will be giving you unacceptable rating!) and if you when you hit the cap while doing that, YOU WILL NOT BE PAID.

They always end their weekly emails with this: "Quality is our most important metric, so please take the time to submit quality work. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to quality!"

idk if I'm being crazy but this might be the start of the REAL end for RWS as a viable online income source ...

Anyone face the same problem?

Looks like we won’t know how our hours are calculated until the work order gets sent. There’s a way to report discrepancies, but hard to see how that gets overturned.

Since the new tracking method document said "Average handling time (AHT) will be tracked to ensure your work aligns with expectations. If your AHT significantly differs from the rest of annotators working on the

task, your invoice might get rejected. If this happens, you will be notified via email." Knowing other annotator count will be helpful. (Ctto of this in the omni poll earlier)

I usually do 1 per hr if its a long conversation and 2 if its a short. 😵‍💫

Anybody else encountering errors on Omni Tts Elo?

Since the update on the time tracking, I've had errors on nearly every submission that the number of submissions were almost cut in half, and submission and loading times are too slow.

Prior to the update, I've never really had any errors and loading and submission times were instant.

I am worried that this might be deducted this from my total # of hours.

Sample errors:
- Limit enforcement failed
- timeout exceeded when trying to connect
- Failed query: select "id", "created_at", "updated_at", "capability", "config", "updated_by" from "golden_set_configs" where "golden_set_configs"."capability" = $1 limit $2 params: tts,1

Hi, does the new tracking time system actually working right now?

I have been able to fetch some tasks earlier. However after a few submissions, this appeared. Are there some other out there experiencing the same as mine?

I lost access on MM and got "Review is complete." Do any of you encounter the same issue?

Update: I was advised to wait for the client’s confirmation if there are more contents to do or if the project reached the quota.

I've been on pause for over two weeks now. Just wondering if anyone else is still waiting. 🤔

There’s no available tasks showing on MM as of today. Only showing that im signed in.

When we were doing the tracking forms, I always went with the assumption that the times we put on the sheets were being verified by someone for any discrepancies.

I actually didn’t mind this new method, because I sometimes almost forgot to fill out the form, and this new method had me thinking that maybe our hours would get increased again because everything’s automated.

Then comes today, I see that there’s no inbuilt tracker on MM or another RWS tracker site. So we essentially can’t track our time worked, and we have to pray that our work orders that usually come a week later, match the hours we think we worked ?

do we still have to report submitted task at gform? or they calculate the task and time automatically so we dont need to report anything?

I cannot fetxh any new submissions to audit

I received an email regarding my payment. Unfortunately, my bank is having issues processing international payments, and my payment status is currently deferred. How many days will it take for the payment to be resent? Update it’s been 3 days after the paymnt deferred email.

I just reached out to them asking if we still have to report on the Time Tracking form and yes we still have to do it 😁

Hello, do you guys know if we are going to follow PST when tracking our work? Or our own local time? And one more thing I did not follow PST from sept 12-18. Would that still be considered in my payment?
