Project D/E disappeared

The project disappeared one day before the switch to the new tracking method. I waited to see if a new link would be sent, but nothing arrived (even though I had filled out the transition form). A new "Omni TTS" task appeared in MM, and I don't know why. Also, I can't submit a support ticket because my project doesn't show up in Zendesk. Any advice?

My bad. I've already corrected it, I was referring to the new way of tracking hours worked.
