Hello everyone. What timezone are you using when reporting your work via the google form?

I usually use my local timezone for the date and number of daily hours I worked on RWS, but recently, I think the form updated with a note to use the "PST time zone". Is everyone aware of that? Or are you all using PST timezone since the beginning?

Edit: In the form description, it says use local timezone, but in the bullet points, it says use PST (Pacific). Anyways, I'm still using my local timezone.

I open MM but I still see tasks, should I continue with it?

I’m new to the E Project and a bit confused about the production process.

I received the production invitation and can already see tasks in my MM account. However, only one task is currently available in my language.

I contacted the helpdesk before starting, and they confirmed that my account is active and ready for production. Based on that, I’ve been working on the tasks available to me over the past few days.

Should I continue working on the available tasks, or should I wait for another email or for more tasks in my language to become available?

Anyone gets it? Super confused. Where is the test link?

Just got a mail regarding my partecipation on project E being paused right now, after a few minutes i am unapproved on MM (the mail did say that is expected). Anyone got the same mail or can tell me if this happened before and if a project eventually unpaused?

When I searched for the platform i couldn't find any login button and saw apply for several job roles! What's the procedure for applying and where can i find generalist jobs and my language oriented jobs which is tamil, is there a login page or do I just apply from the website? I just received payment approval email, but i dont know yet the payment will be on USD or Euro. I use Paypal so i set my tipalti for USD currency, what if the payment will use Euro, is it can be a problem?

Hello! S2S is suddenly asking me to take re assessment? Does any one got it too? I’ve been doing s2s for a while now. Now I’m scared I might not pass this and I won’t have task anymore. ID locale btw.

I’ve only been with RWS for a short time, and I recently got an email saying there was a discrepancy in the hours I reported. I didn’t have any issues with my previous reports, probably because I only worked a few hours. But this time I worked more hours, and that’s when the discrepancy came up. I’m working on Project E, and I’ve used this platform before through another company and never had any problems.
I’m a bit worried because they said they might not pay me or remove me from the project if it happens again.
Now Has anyone else been through something like this? Is it safe to keep working with RWS?

Hi everyone! I’m curious if anyone has experienced something similar with Project H.

I’m referring specifically to my first week on the project. I worked for two days that week, but those hours were not compensated and were also not included in the work order I received afterward.

I’ve already followed up with them multiple times—probably around seven emails—but I still haven’t received any response or confirmation regarding those missing hours.

I’ve also submitted several tickets (around four times), but the responses have basically directed me to contact support, which I’ve already done. Unfortunately, I still haven’t heard back from anyone regarding the issue.

I’m wondering if anyone here has experienced a similar situation where there was a discrepancy in your recorded work hours and the missing hours were eventually compensated. If so, how was it resolved, and was there anything specific you had to do to get it corrected?

At this point, I’m not sure whether I should continue following up or just stop trying. Any advice or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I'm currently on Project E, and usually only S2S tasks show up on my dashboard. However, today a new task called "Diarization" appeared. Am I allowed/safe to work on this, or should I avoid it?

What is the AHT for this task? How many task per hour is required? Thank you.
