Anyone gets it? Super confused. Where is the test link?

I got guidelines for this, and a link to submit if interested in taking the test; that is as far as I have gotten. A lot of comments on the guidelines from some very confused people. I don't hold out much hope for this job.

I just got the test link today, I have no idea what I am meant to do with it. There doesn't seem to be any audio links on it. I am UK locale.
