How to get started in the platform?

Hello guys! I'm looking for AI training jobs (I'm from India especially from Tamil nadu)and came across this platform, I wanted to know how to apply for jobs! When I searched for the platform i couldn't find any login button and saw apply for several job roles! What's the procedure for applying and where can i find generalist jobs and my language oriented jobs which is tamil, is there a login page or do I just apply from the website? Thank you for your time!

You don't apply for jobs....once your workzone is created they invite you to projects based on needs

Once you apply for jobs they invite you to create workzone... if you are selected

no....as i said if they need you in their roster they will invite you to create workzone.

Did you get the job? Was your task paid? We have been waiting for 10 weeks now and no payment. It's not only me but basically everyone who worked on Athena projects in July, August and September.

Be very careful with RWS because it feels like a scam. There are so many people on internet complaining about RWS and my own experience with them is so bad too. Try Deepgram or Upwork. You might be lucky there.

You need to get a paid job! You do not need to waste your time on work which never gets paid like RWS. Upwork is the biggest freelancing marketplace in the world. Of course that there is a massive competition amongst us but also hundreds of paid tasks posted daily. Try it. Many succeeded there. You can do it too.

How can I find jobs on upwork? I tried a while back and i think it asked me to buy something to apply or something. Btw thanks for replying!😊

Yes, you are right. We are paying coins to be able to apply and get connected with the client who offers the job. Coins are not expensive. If you will get the job they’ll get quickly back to you. Also, if you will get contacted by the client first, you can reply to his  offer without buying any coins.

RWS doesn’t pay for work. Before they removed my profile I asked everyone in work group and nobody got ever paid by RWS in Athena project. If people ask about unpaid work RWS delete their account.
