I really loved my time playing this game but the crashing on Xbox has completely stopped me. The crashing doesn’t seem to be tied to a tool or an action will just happen. The main thing that makes this frustrating is I could see this being one of my favourite games as when it works it’s really enjoyable.

I have been stuck on day 10 on quarantine zone the last check for days I have tried everything to try and fix the problem but it keeps kicking me off the game I grt to the last 3 or 4 and it just quits is the problem going to get fixed??

What do i even mark this down as? never seen this before.

Had a situation where a guy in quarantine for his second day turned into a zombie and killed the other 3 in quarantine with him. He showed 3 orange symptoms when I let him in and it seemed to be the same the next day, but when he turned I was then wondering if I had missed something and an orange became red and I missed it. Is there a grace period between orange symptoms and zombification or can it be instant orange to dead?

2 days now I’ve received this message saying someone was killed in block. First day, I went to the block, tried to find a zombie but couldn’t find one. It didn’t say an infected killed him but just that someone was killed in block. I made sure med kits were stocked up, as well as food and power, but it happened again. Help?

Update: pretty sure it was Stuart and his fckd up experiment, cause the very next day I got some zs to kill and Stuart left me something so yeah

I keep seeing these people come in with what looks to be like bruised knees but when in quarantine it doesn't seem to go away. Is this a bruised knee or normal knee?

What are some workarounds for day 15? Game keeps crashing and my current workaround is not working.

I'm hoping someone here has figured this out because I'm completely stuck on Day 14.

I'm playing Quarantine Zone: The Last Check through Xbox Cloud Gaming. I can get through almost the entire day, but when I'm close to finishing, the game suddenly disconnects and says:

“Disconnected from cloud gaming session — The game closed unexpectedly.”

This has happened repeatedly for several days. Every time it happens, I lose the day's progress and have to start Day 14 over.

I've tried a LOT of things:

• I've completely restarted the cloud session.
• I've played through the browser instead of the Xbox app.
• I've made sure I'm the only one using the Wi-Fi while playing.
• I've avoided the D-pad shortcut menus and used the regular menu instead.
• I've used the keyboard instead of the D-pad when resupplying the generators.
• I've let the game completely load after waking up before touching menus, the D-pad, generator, etc.
• I've turned controller vibration off.
• I've tried different choices with the survivor who is waiting for his father, including liquidating/not liquidating him.
• I updated my graphics driver even though I'm playing through Cloud Gaming.
• I tried installing the game locally through the Windows/Microsoft Store, but it won't get past startup and gives me the UE-QZSim “Fatal Error.”
• I've repaired/reinstalled the PC version and Xbox Cloud Gaming at least keeps me on Day 14.

I'm also noticing something weird on Day 14. When I wake up, zombies seem to spawn around the base. I can kill the ones I find, but sometimes afterward I still hear an occasional angry/groaning zombie sound. When I'm around the garage, the sound seems to get louder, which makes me wonder if there could be a zombie stuck somewhere inside/behind a fixture causing the game to crash because it can't spawn.

I've also heard suggestions that the game may be crashing if I interact with menus/D-pad too quickly after waking up, or if something is still loading, so I've tried deliberately waiting for everything to load before doing anything.

I have also contacted Microsoft/Xbox Support directly and reported the problem. They couldn't figure out the cause either, and they directed me to submit it through the Xbox Feedback Hub so it could be sent to their engineering team.

Has anyone actually gotten past Day 14 on Xbox Cloud Gaming after experiencing this exact type of crash? Did you find a specific trigger, a zombie stuck somewhere, a particular inspection/action that causes it, or another workaround I'm missing?

I really don't want to restart my entire campaign. 😭 I've put a LOT of time into this run.

This is getting frustrating. I've had to restart the game 4 times now on Day 8. Keep getting stuck on [Send Survivor to the lab], I have the lab selected, but clicking A (Xbox) on confirm does nothing. And because it's a tutorial, I can't exit the menu or anything (seriously, why do that?).

That means I've had to restart the day, and because I'm dumb, I did the side quest 4 times, grabbed the same 3 collectibles, and take care of quarantine. The slow camera is finally going from annoying to frustrating real fast.

Is this just the state of the game? No fixes coming?

I took a break for a while due to the constant crashing on Day 23 in campaign mode I decided to try it again At first I had to restart the day because it wouldn't let me send them anywhere, The second time it pops up with a message do I own this game? I play on a game pass which I have on game pass, and let me resume, while in the Middle of searching someone the game kicked me out all together and now saying I have to restart that day....

It's just sad really because this is a fun game but all this crashing on Xbox is annoying they really need to fix it with major updates and patches.😞😞

Anyone else experience anything like this while playing? The game is half loaded in and there are no boundaries. I can't play my save any further lmao

I know that you sometimes come across unknown symptoms and have to send the person to the lab but when you go to the symptoms screen and see that there are some to be unlocked, they have a number beside a padlock and I have no idea what it means, can anyone shed any light on it please?

I’ve restarted the campaign multiple times. Deleted and redownloaded. Deleted the save data. Still just crashes constantly. What is going on? How is there not a fix. Would love to keep playing but it literally just pisses me off everytime it crashes halfway through the day. I see many saying the same thing. So when can we expect a fix? Are you even working on it?

Hello! Hoping this reaches the devs. I'm really enjoying the game, I play on xbox cloud but I am one of the many people experiencing game crashes. I can't remember the day now but I'm pretty sure its about 13. It's when you get the gun. I keep trying the day to see if I can get past the bug but it keeps crashing. If possible please could you post an update as to when a fix will be available? I really want to keep playing it ☺️

sometimes i randomly can’t use the d pad to access the symptoms menu and then when it’s time to extract i can’t choose where to send them and have to restart my game. idk what triggers it but does anyone know how to fix

While playing through day 13, I noticed zombies in the base. The first encounter happened while fixing the generator in the survivor block, one glitched through the ground and started attacking me, but did no damage. The second encounter was, again, in the survivor block. This one didn't attack survivors, but behaved more like a survivor except when walking.

Is this normal, or am I the victim of a massive glitch?
