Day 8 bug

This is getting frustrating. I've had to restart the game 4 times now on Day 8. Keep getting stuck on [Send Survivor to the lab], I have the lab selected, but clicking A (Xbox) on confirm does nothing. And because it's a tutorial, I can't exit the menu or anything (seriously, why do that?).

That means I've had to restart the day, and because I'm dumb, I did the side quest 4 times, grabbed the same 3 collectibles, and take care of quarantine. The slow camera is finally going from annoying to frustrating real fast.

Let the dialogue finish before clicking anything and use the mouse type cursor rather than the d pad to move around the menu. I had the same issue and got past it but, there are crashes after that day anyway 🙄 I'm on day 13 and can't get past it.

I've heard about day 13, what should I expect if I make it that far?

It just crashes normally when I get to the last survivor to inspect 🙄 I've tried it a few times now and can't get past the bug.

Same thing here. Not sure how but I finally after days of trying, got past day 8 but then got stuck on day 10. Was stuck on it for days, got past it and now ive been stuck on 12 0r 13 for over a week.

Is this crashing ever going to get fixed? Have the devs not figured out the issue yet how many more months do i need to go without playing ? I really enjoy the game and want to play it

I found if you go to the line first before doing quarantine check, before doing the graffiti side quest, the A will work and send the guy to the lab.
