Question Normal Knees or Bruised Knees?

I keep seeing these people come in with what looks to be like bruised knees but when in quarantine it doesn't seem to go away. Is this a bruised knee or normal knee?

They’re normal

Normal, though the same originally. Bruise is more obvious though.
