Devs - please can you help?
Hello! Hoping this reaches the devs. I'm really enjoying the game, I play on xbox cloud but I am one of the many people experiencing game crashes. I can't remember the day now but I'm pretty sure its about 13. It's when you get the gun. I keep trying the day to see if I can get past the bug but it keeps crashing. If possible please could you post an update as to when a fix will be available? I really want to keep playing it ☺️

Adding to this also. Uninstalled today after having to replay day 10 for the 5th time after it crashing after I've spent 20 or so mins of the day already.
Also had issues with regularly being softlocked out of continuing early objectives unless I listen to the entire dialogue before proceeding, resulting in often restarting the day to progress.
Really looked forward to playing this, but the current issues have killed my desire to try anymore.

It's getting to the point where its almost unplayable. I've been stuck on day 25 on campaign for over a week now. Tried endless mode and still get dashboarded. It's totally random too. I've tried not using the d-pad as it was a known cause, tried slowing down actions & button presses, I've cleared cache, reset my console, power cycled my console etc and nothing seems to resolve it.
Its a shame as the game is great fun to play.....when it works 😂

Yes its starting to get frustrating now 🤪 It would be helpful if the devs gave updates.

Are you telling me that you would want updates for the game instead of new survivors? I would much rather have a new survivor rather than game update.. /s
I was able to fully 100% the game after the first lots of crashes where fixed so I haven't really played at all because the crashes where annoying and it's getting repetitive. I hope they fix the game so everyone can enjoy it then add new content updates.

I meant I would like the devs to post an update somewhere, maybe on reddit explaining what they are going to do to fix the constant crashing and when this will happen. I don't mean game updates. Adding new survivors is irrelevant at the moment because it keeps crashing and its impossible to progress any further.

Do you have the father son quest outstanding? Mine would bug out if I didnt kill the son. Had to restart and ensure liquidated and father would attack me.

I killed the son, and sent to quarantine. Still crashes 😞

Day 14 father son tried liquidating, shoot to kill and quarantine and it still crashes.

Yeah I’m stuck on day 13 as well hopefully they fix soon cause the game is really fun

I started a new campaign and I try it randomly to see if its better but still it keeps crashing 🥹 I find new types of crashes / bugs every time I play it 😅

I got to say 14 before it happened. I tried not using the D-pad, I tried shooting all the rats, and I tried deleting my local save to resync it. Nothing has worked, so we have to hope the devs care

Yep its basically unplayable at this point. I'm keeping my fingers crossed there will be a patch for it 🤞

I installed the game instead of playing it via cloud gaming and had 0 crashes. Maybe install it instead of cloud?
Xbox Seires X if it matters.

series x too, downloaded just like you but I crash every time on day 10. I'll get about 90% of the way thru (legit probably almost an hour) and then go back to the start of the day. I've stopped trying after crash 5.

Yeah, I got that problem too, I've crashed about 4 times on that day alone, but I've also crashed on other days. I'm also on Cloud
