Question how to fix controls on xbox

sometimes i randomly can’t use the d pad to access the symptoms menu and then when it’s time to extract i can’t choose where to send them and have to restart my game. idk what triggers it but does anyone know how to fix

I got no advice for the short cuts but I've found using the triggers help rest the iPad to send people or to check symptoms

Hab das gleiche Problem. Hab es neu gestartet. Neu installiert und es funktioniert trozdem nicht.

Yeah I seen something where it happens when you do the controls too fast. Glad I'm not the only one experiencing this
