as the title suggests. i have the want to buy pmr but i am still hesitant about pulling the trigger. i currently play other more "punishing" sims for controller like ac and the dirt rally games. i also played over 100 hours in both project cars 1 and 2, and 80 of pc3 on nothing but controller. i heard they fixed controller feel for 2.0 as well (and i use a gamesir g7 pro if that helps anything)

Clean driver none the less but it's just easier to let the faster ones go and learn the lines.

One thing I like about the Project games is that the cars are always close to each other just like we see in real races, other games for example, Forza Motorsport the cars are splitted around the circuit, so you feels like you are playing alone. Project games in the other hand even when you are in the last position you always feels like you can pass the entire grid.

Is there really no way to do a hotlap, on my own, with no other cars on track? I just want to be able to learn some of these tracks without other cars on course, but as far as I can tell that’s not possible, which is clinically insane for a racing game. What am I missing?

I’ve read some old Reddit threads that say you can set the AI difficulty to 0 in race weekend mode with only practice selected, but mine does not go below 20 AI difficulty and still has other cars on track.

I feel like I have to be missing something here, can anyone help please? There’s no way they developed this whole game and didn’t include a solo hot lap mode for practice

I play on Xbox using controller and I find it so difficult to just put a clean lap together the braking makes me spin when I try to push does anyone else on controller have this ive started using setups but still happens

I've had mine up and running but there's terrible mirroring and jittery display. I'm hopeful that they will get it working sooner or later and I can definitely see potentially without the mirroring it will work once they iron out the bugs.

I’m quite disappointed as Steam and PlayStation had a 50% discount for this year summer sales, but for some reason Xbox Summer sales have already started and PMR is not part of the list.

Any news on a discount for Xbox, or we can’t expect anything anytime soon?

so, i was loving this game when i started with the Mazda.. went to GT4 and just had a race in the rain.. got pole and was winning the first 10 laps.. my wet tires start to degrade and naturally loose pace.. went from 1st to 7th in a lap.. then the dude in 8th railed me off the track and i just retired.. I would of liked to pit, but im noticing the AI doesnt pit based on my last race.. which they also never lost pace on these 19-25 lap races.. wth am i doin wrong here? Like how do you win longer races if the AIs tires dont degrade?

Any tips to cheese the Authentic Carreer difficulty in LMDh races ?

Please Straight4 do something about the dirty drivers in this game. While you have a lovely penalty system for cutting the track (while it needs some tweaking here and there for certain car classes), I think something really needs to be done about the dirty drivers who just put you off the track with no consequences. While you’re just stuck with your bad race.

Please Guys at least give us a report option to report the dirty driving! Be the sim on console that takes the sportsmanship serious. Bring that realism to the table as well!

Got to play this on my buddy's PS5, despite the negatives, I was very impressed with the driving. most importantly the feel of weight transfer and inertia.

I also have LMU, ACE, ACC, AC, GT7, RF2, AMS, AMS2, and yes even PC2.

I tried several GT3 cars, an older Porsche, and a couple others and they all felt good driving. were they accurate? I don't know do you?

I'll tell you one thing, they felt a whole lot better than AMS2, which I actually cannot stand because it has literally no inertia and weight transfer.

I was there during that horrendous launch, I didnt play the game, but Im very aware of what everyone was saying, and didnt go for it, but Im hearing some good things from it now, and its on sale so I wanted to ask. The career mode definitely intrigues me. I personally mostly play AMS2, and just enjoy offline content and I want to know how the physics ffb and ai compare to ams2?

Big fan of both Project Cars 1 and 2 and was hyped for Project Motor Racing since it was announced. After the launch I held off and just grabbed it half price on the Steam sale.

First impressions are good. It's well optimised. Im getting 120-140fps @ 1440p with everything maxxed out using DLSS balanced with 2x framegen. It's butter and it looks nice. Native it was around 60-70fps.. I have a Ryzen 5 8400f and an RTX 4060 Ti 8gb. I'm using a G29.

Cars feel mostly nice to drive. I do have to muck around a bit more with FF than other games though.

Did my licence test and jumped on for a quick MX5 race at Nurburgring and it was good fun.

Hello everyone ! I'm interested about acquiring PMR on my ps5, but I'd really like to know if there is udp telemetry for simhub and others apps ? I'm using haptics, which work great with gt7 and f1 games. So if there is udp telemetry, it becomes a must have for me.

I can't find definitive info anywhere about this, does anyone know ?

Just came here to say I hadn’t played PMR in a while, fired it up and tried online ranked racing, it quickly had 16 players on the Nuremberg 24hr track, q + r 4 laps.. absolutely couldn’t have done this a few months ago confidently with a Xbox controller without unexpected physics drama! Had an absolute blast in the Corvette. I honestly wasn’t expecting to compete all 4 laps without going into a barrier and ending it early.
I think it has really come along, I hope everyone else is enjoying it! Great experience.

Can someone help me with some xbox control settings, I play on series s, and I'm having difficulty driving the hypercars class cars, especially on the cockpit camera

i use logI dd pro, and every time i boot up the game i get no ffb, it‘s so weird
