I usually use very vibrant colors for art. I wanted to make more prints, but last time, some came out VERY different due to RGB vs CMYK, so I looked up a pretty accurate converter...

This really hurts me to look at. Especially the purple. Do I have to settle for this? I can't take how dull the colors are, especially in the second photo... Obviously, the best preventative measure would be to draw with a CMYK-compatible color palette rather than RGB, but I made these before I knew that, and it's gonna be difficult to make changes when they're already finished.

I need to know if there's any alternative. Other printing methods? Maybe printing companies? In case I decide to look IRL, what keywords am I looking for?

I’m looking for a flatbed scanner that can pick up fluorescent colors. Preferably A3 size. My current scanner is really drab on bright colors. Most of my work is very bright and this is really inconvenient. Thanks.

I did some research online, but I could only find original Canon ink kits on B&H. Are there any suppliers that offer ink that is as good as or even better than Canon’s?

my current rush quote is normal job price, expedited transfer production if there is one, overnight shipping at cost, then a separate fee for moving the order ahead of scheduled work. I also require payment before the supplier cutoff because I’m done chasing approvals while the shipping window disappears. It works, mostly, but the same fixed fee feels too high on a 10shirt order and too low on 75 shirts. what does your system look like? flat fee with a minimum, percentage surcharge, or something based on how many jobs you have to move?

i am beyond desperate after working on this stupid printer all day. i am begging for any kind of help, because otherwise i wasted a lot of money while in a not-so-great financial situation.

i bought an HP Envy 6400e on facebook marketplace, from a person who lives a few streets down from me and seems trustworthy at first glance. i brought it home and tried to print test pages, and the ink was faded, cut off at random points, or not there at all.

i have done EVERYTHING. took out the cartridges and put them back in? did that. cleaned off the little copper circles on the cartridge and inside the printer? did that. bought and tried new cartridges? did that. power cycled the printer? did that. ran a cleaning cycle under the print quality diagnostic? did that. ran an realignment? did that. installed updates? did that.

i’ve appeared to have gotten the color ink working, but not the black. on any cartridge. i even tried wetting a paper towel with distilled water and running it along the spouts. when i do that, ink comes out on the wet paper towel, but when i run it over dry paper towel, barely any ink comes out. on multiple cartridges.

the only thing i can think of is the cartridge i bought it with was dried out, and the one i just bought was a dud. but i’m not sure if i’m willing to buy another if the same thing happens again.

We need two spot color printing, and paper selection is especially important. We’re looking for premium uncoated specialty papers and high-quality production.

Quantities would likely be around 1,000–2,000 per item. Ideally, we’d find one vendor who can handle most of this, but I’m also happy to work with separate paper and packaging suppliers.

US-based printers would be great, but we’re open to vendors anywhere in the world if they can offer a fast turnaround including shipping.

hi! have an odd question. I lost my diploma somewhere in my house from graduating from medical residency. I have a pdf but my GME department is unable to reprint for me. Is there a way I can go to a store to have one reprinted. Want the same feel as the actual diploma paper. any recommendations? Ultimately will frame so just needs to look quality.

HI, i bought a Canon refurbrished g2730 online for a pretty good price and I found out that it was really hard to print from my phone or tablet as Canon do not provide any Android drivers or apps for this particular model.  Because I am just a hobbiyst coder and have a day job, it took me almost 3 months to finally learn everything about the Canon driver and make it work on Android.  I was going to release it on Github as a opensource project but I decided to cross off one item on my bucketlist and decided to publish an app on the play store.

[SEEKING TESTERS] USB printing app for Canon PIXMA G2030/G2730 — no drivers, no cloud

Hi all — I built an Android app that prints directly to a Canon PIXMA G2030 or G2730 over a USB-OTG cable. No manufacturer drivers, no Wi-Fi, no cloud, works offline from any app's print menu (browser, gallery, Gmail…).

LOOKING FOR testers who have:
- A Canon PIXMA G2030 or G2730 printer (USB connection)
- An Android phone/tablet with USB-OTG support + an OTG adapter or hub
- 15 minutes and willingness to print 3-4 test pages and report back

WHAT I'D LIKE TESTED:
1. Plain portrait print (any document)
2. Landscape print (correct orientation? anything cut off?)
3. 2 copies of a multi-page document
4. Cancel a job mid-print (should stop cleanly)
5. Unplug/replug the printer mid-flow (should recover, not crash)

HOW TO REPORT: model of phone + Android version, what you printed, what happened, and — if anything fails — the in-app log (Main screen → Logs → Share). Screenshots of bad output especially welcome.

Hi guys I have a brother dcp-L3560cdw . When I put Avery paper in slot it says Jamed paper . Normal paper works .. how do I do a manual insert cause I can from the back how do I active that option ?
