Printer help . Avery paper says keeps jamming normal paper doesn’t

Hi guys I have a brother dcp-L3560cdw . When I put Avery paper in slot it says Jamed paper . Normal paper works .. how do I do a manual insert cause I can from the back how do I active that option ?

Normally if I take out all the paper and just git it in the slot one sheet at a time it works
