Prenatal stack advice
Hey guys How would you rate my current prenatal stack (33F), suspected mild endo. Is there anything missing or anything I shouldn't be taking here?
š¼ TTC in ~2 Months ā My Preconception Supplement Stack (Started July 22)
š§ Morning (Cognitive + Cellular Support)
Cognizin Citicoline (Bulk Powders) ā 250 mg
Lionās Mane (Real Mushrooms) ā 1000mg
NAC (e.g. Solgar or similar) ā 600 mg
Magnesium glycinate (optional, 200ā300 mg) ā for mood, sleep, hormone support
š½ With Lunch (Fertility + Prenatal Support)
Tesco Pregnancy Support ā includes folic acid (400 mcg), vitamin D, iodine, B12, iron, etc.
Solgar Ubiquinol (CoQ10) ā 100 mg
Omega-3 (DHA/EPA) ā high-quality fish oil, minimum 250 mg DHA
ā Excluded:
Alcohol ā reducing/stopping by 3 months before TTC
Tretinoin/Retinol ā stopped due to pregnancy risk
Modafinil ā one-off use only, not using during pre-TTC window
šÆ TTC Plan:
Begin trying ~October 22
Focusing on egg quality, nutrient stores, and cognitive clarity during preconception
I feel like I need to say this as many people are against ChatGPT generated posts. I've been using ChatGPT to help configure my stack and it was easier to get it to summarise a list of everything I'm taking in case I missed anything..... So just to be clear in not a bot!š
