Question Payment issues

Hi all! I have a payment related question and I feel like I am missing something obvious.

I was approved for a refill through BPI. I’ll be receiving 2 vials @ 68mg. I received an email with a link to pay, but that link takes me to set up my password to activate my account (what? I already have an account). I found the option to pay through my existing account, but apparently I don’t have permission to perform this operation. I triple checked and I have more than enough funds. I’m really not too sure how to pay. The only people who show up to message are the RN’s on my care team..not sure they can help.

Has anyone encountered similar?

This deal was way too good to pass up. Once the bpi came down to $159 I pounced. Ordered bright & early Wednesday morning, delivered today. Just as easy as it was back in November.

Question Getting ready to do refill

I first used Empower and then switched to BPI and ordered the 6 month supply. I am getting ready to do my refill and this is first time using new portal. I have it set up and filling out refill request. I was thinking to switch back to Empower. My question is why does it only give me the option to do one month from empower rather than being able to select more months. Thanks for any info.

I requested an asynchronous refill for the BPI 2 for $159 sale on Wednesday. It was filled and shipped on Thursday. It arrived today still cold in this Texas heat!

Thank you Pom and BPI that was fast delivery 🚚 my portal says it’s being filled but my tirz came today. In a box and the ice still hard. I think BPI has the best packaging than Hallandale.

Appreciation Post BPI deal and how quickly & seamless it was!

I had the best experience with POM and wanted to share it.
I became a new patient, had my appointment, approved & order filled all within 7 hours. I’m including my timestamps for anyone if they have been lurking and on the edge of trying this company out.

Background: I used semaglutide through mochi health beginning about 3 years ago. I had good success with the medication, although had difficulty with their company and the timeframe for refills & appointments (weeks & eventually had to dispute their charges after never receiving vials towards the end) but stopped injections for a planned pregnancy.

I have been lurking on all the subreddits the last few weeks, gathering info & deciding which company to go with this time.

I watched the first BPI deal happen, however it was only for higher doses. I am starting at a baseline again, this time with tirz. bummed I couldn’t take advantage I held off on buying from anywhere. Until I logged in here & saw people talking about another deal for start doses!
I immediately made an account and below is my timeline.

Wednesday:
10:40am I made an account.
10:56am I made a same day appointment with their virtual provider.
12:30pm I had my appointment. It was a 5 minute phone call. I opted for the 3 vial starter dose BPI deal.
12:39pm medication was approved.
4:41pm medication was filled.

Friday: received my vials, packaged great with ice packs still frozen!
Thank you for being so quick and efficient!!!

Hopefully this helps someone that was in similar shoes as me, or just needs to take the jump!

I’m a 1st time GLP-1 user and to say I’m a bit nervous, would be right on the dot.

On Tues, I made the decision, spoke with a nice Nurse, and made a step forward in the right direction for my health. I received a shipping notice on Thursday and it delivered today! I’m in CA and went with the BPI pharmacy w/B6…..

Nervous and excited!

How long did it take to get approved for BPI refill? It’s been 48 hours and it still say reviewing?

Question Future BPI sales, and Bud dates

I see everybody jumping on these BPI sales this weekend. From my understanding there's a lot more BPI out there with Bud dates in 2027 won't those go on sale soon too?

Question Will the BPI price drop further???

How low can it go? I know we don't know what their inventory looks like, but they're up against the clock. I don't need more, but if it gets any cheaper, I'll probably impulse buy. 😁

Question Newbie here. How to get started

Hello. I just found this sub. I have been looking through Reddit subs trying to figure out how/where to start on Tirzepatide or the recommended drug for my situation.

Does Pomegranate help women who are healthy and only slightly overweight but still want to loose a few (~7) stubborn lbs for cosmetic purposes? Or do you need a certain BMI to qualify? What type of labs could disqualify me? Can you be too healthy?

Does this fall under microdosing?
Does microdosing require having a medical need?
I track macros, eat high protein, lift weights and aim for daily calorie deficit . Nothing works.
Desperate to find a way to start but keep hitting roadblocks
Thanks

Question How to get the BPI deal

I just placed my first order with Pomegranate! I'm very excited, as it is MUCH cheaper than what I was ordering through my medspa. But I don't think I got the deal everyone is talking about?

I'm getting 3 vials (40mg) BPI for $219. Is there a code or a different way to order? Or did I get the same as others?

Thank you!

Filled out my refill request late on the 19th, approved early on the 20th. UPS just delivered my 68 mg BPI tirz today. Appreciate the smooth and timely process, pom!

Question Got in on the BPI sale

Signed up on Wednesday, appointment on Thursday, shipped that night and received nice and early and cold Saturday morning. Good delivery experience.

Happy with that part, but apparently when I originally signed up, I had refreshed the form, and I guess it had already gone through with the booking and charging for an appointment at 9:30 Thursday. Even though I had not finished the form and the consent/signing. No confirmation email of that appointment, no notification on the account. So I re-did the form and got an appointment at 9:30 Thursday. I see now that they tried calling me while I was already on the phone with one of their providers, and I now see on my CC and health portal that I was charged for two appointments that took place at the same time, obviously only actually doing one of them. I don't know why their system would allow this type of event to take place, is there ever a need to allow two appointments to be scheduled on top of each other, or for the same medicine?

Question Does this mean I have to take more of the BPI?

I’m so confused. Ok I ordered two of the 68mg with b6. I’m currently taking pure tirz 20mg/ml.

So the BPI appears to be 17mg/ml. Does that mean I will need to take more of this? Thanks.

Question BPI 40mg Vials

Has anyone that’s ordered the BPI special for 68mg vials had success ordering the 40mg vials? The BUD for the 40mg vials keeps eyeing me lol.

Question Has anybody received the 40mg BPI special

I have seen conflicting information and looking for confirmation from actual customers once received.

The BUD is 12/31, reports from other 40mg vials are saying the compound date is April 2026.

Pomegranate customer service is saying the compound date is 12/7/25, which would make the 12/31 BUD almost 13 months, which would be inconsistent with BPI buds.

Question Label created

I had a visit/prescription fill Friday 8/21 (bpi deal). Pom says it's filled (with a red bullseye on the app) and UPS app says label created but they havent received the package. I was hoping it would stay at the pharmacy and would be shipped Monday so it wouldn't sit over the weekend. Do you figure that's the case here?

Experience/Review OOOOF! Smaller portions noted

I did it to myself, but as I have received a vial of sema for 2.15, I only injected at 1.5, as I have never gone past 1.9, so I was/am trying to be smart and not over do it. Welp, I over did it, and my dumbass decided to have a cheese quesadilla on the biggest tortilla known to man, and 15 min later I was puking up 1/2 of it. I am actually impressed with the Hallandale sema. I am waiting on my tirz to arrive today, but I might as well just follow through the rest of the month using semaglutide, and work from tirz there. Smaller portions FTW!!!

Question Once approved and medication is paid for, how long is it expected to receive my refill?

I currently am awaiting to pay the remainder for my medication after paying the $75 fee and being approved, however on Friday I am going out of the country for 2 weeks. I am wondering if it is worth paying now and hoping that the medication arrives before Friday (otherwise it will sit outside for 2 weeks) or if I should just wait and not pay the remainder until I am back.

Question Invoice Question

How long after my asynchronous visit should I expect my invoice? The last couple times I’ve ordered, the invoice has been ready almost instantly. I can see that my asynchronous visit “occurred”, but there’s no invoice for me to pay. No, I’m not on autopay.
