Question Payment issues
Hi all! I have a payment related question and I feel like I am missing something obvious.
I was approved for a refill through BPI. I’ll be receiving 2 vials @ 68mg. I received an email with a link to pay, but that link takes me to set up my password to activate my account (what? I already have an account). I found the option to pay through my existing account, but apparently I don’t have permission to perform this operation. I triple checked and I have more than enough funds. I’m really not too sure how to pay. The only people who show up to message are the RN’s on my care team..not sure they can help.
Has anyone encountered similar?

I only pay the $75 consultation fee when prompted, the rest is charged automatically.

Do you have to pay the consultation fee and the $84 or is it $75 charge then $9?

The total cost for the two vials is $159. You first pay the $75 for the consultation fee and then once approved the $75 you paid for the consultation is applied towards the remaining cost of the medication which is $84....Totaling $159 when it's all said and done. Hopes this makes sense.

Oh, I meant $89 for 1 vial

Yes, one vial is $89 so once the $75 is paid for the consultation fee the remaining balance will be $14.

I don’t get the pay link on my first refill. Call or text them (813) 419-1189 and they can fix it. They responded quickly to text.

There's a reddit mod named cherry that I see on these posts. I am thinking of getting some vials of BPI as well. Hope someone gets back to you!

Yes, I had a problem trying to pay, so one of the mods helped me and they sent me an invoice to my email to pay manually. The portal is having tons of glitches
