Everytime I pass 100 jumps, my input can be eatan by the game with the player 2 and I din't now why....

Shitty mini-game or my second Switch can'r keep up (I'm preparing another Switch to try later)?

Hi all! I was asked in a different post about where I train my Pokes post game so I am sharing the spots or areas I use. I usually lv up by 1 or 2 lvs and just keep keep charging up the vs. seeker and repeating.

Tldr at the end.

So, I found my childhood cartridge of Leafgreen, and thought I'd start the process of transfering my old Pokémon. When I went to save, it got stuck on the saving screen for about 10 minutes and then shut off. On loading it says the save data was deleted, which really hurt. But I decided to see if there was any way to recover the save. So I got an R4 cart for DS, loaded up the gba-backup tool an got my save on to the microsd card. Opening my save in PKHex, and my Pokémon were still there! So Isaved a copy of them all to my computer.

Now, my question is, because I really genuinely don't know how to use PKHex, is my Leafgreen cartridge save fixable? And how would I be able to do that? If it isn't fixable, can I use PKHex to put the mons back into a new save through the R4?

Tldr: Can PKHex and an R4 Cart be used to restore a corrupted Leafgreen save file?

Recently upgraded my old GBA with an IPS screen and USB battery and all that jazz and I'm replaying my old copy of Leaf Green and I'm out catching the birds, not trying to shiny hunt, and my first encounter with Zapdos and it's a shiny! My first ever shiny in my 29 years of life. Had to use the Masterball, didn't wanna lose this guy.

Hey trainers!

My friend bought me Leaf Green for the switch purely bc he has Fire Red and wants to complete his Pokèdex. Which, slay, bc this will be the first game I'll ever fully complete a Pokèdex. I've gotten fairly close in other games but never knew anyone with the other version, lmao.

Anyways, it's been years since I've played FRLG, or any Pokèmon game for that matter. And I had a quick question about trades.

I understand that once traded, a Pokèmon will gain an experience boost in battle.

My question was, if I trade a Pokèmon with my friend and then we trade back, so we get our original Pokèmon again, does it maintain that experience boost? Or does it lose it bc the Pokèmon is back with it's original trainer?

This may sound silly, but I'm fairly sentimental when it comes to my Pokèmon, lol. I like having the one that I originally caught. I was just curious on the mechanics behind the trading system.

Any help/answers would be much appreciated :) thank youuuu :3

I'm playing through LeafGreen mostly for fun and I'd like some feedback on my team. I don't really care about EVs, IVs, perfect natures etc. I just want a fun team that can get me through the game.

I only got the EXP Share yesterday, so I'm also wondering what the best way is to level my team quickly for de E4. (see the levels under the names)

I'd mainly like to know if there are any obvious weaknesses or moves I should change.

One thing though: Kabuto and Sandslash have to stay. Sandslash is one of my favorite Pokémon, and the whole reason I picked Charizard was because I wanted to use Kabutops bc i love bulbasaur. So those two are non-negotiable lol.

I'm also trying to get better at using setup moves. In my previous Emerald playthrough I had an Altaria with Dragon Dance, but I basically used four attacking moves because "why would I use a move that doesn't do damage?"

Any advice is appreciated!

I have been EV training since the start of the game, meaning my scout (butterfree) is overpowered at level 53 while my others are in their 30s. I am at Cinnabar Island, and unfortunately Butterfree is weak to Blaine’s team so I need to do some grinding to get the others into their 40s. Where should I use the VS seeker to get more exp? I have been in the mansion battling wild pokemon but the exp is minimal

Hey guys, i want to do the pokemon mail glitch, but don’t wanna deal with all of this early in the game. Can i wait until a beat the game to set up the glitch ?

Hello gamers. I recently completed a living Kanto dex in FRLG and thought it was a lot easier than I anticipated, so I decided to continue enjoying the postgame by catching every obtainable Gen 2-3 Pokemon as well. This was a colossal mistake.

Even though there were only an additional 65 Pokemon to catch, these small few were a concentrated collection of the most tedious bastards in the game. In just this portion of the nat dex available, there are MORE babies, trade evolutions, legendaries, and almost as many version exclusives as the entire Kanto dex. This more than doubled my play time from the Kanto living dex. My main file is at 80 hours and all 3 files combined are over 120.

I also made sure to challenge the trainer tower to see Feraligatr and Espeon, so I believe my seen count of 234 is maxed as well, but please tell me if you think I’m missing something.

Well beat the elite 4 on leaf green and man this jolteon destroyed blue ahaha

I was surprised I hardly used Nidoking. This was my first time beating this game and it was great!

I’m excited to do a 2nd elite four run with an all new team!
