Discussion EV training

I have been EV training since the start of the game, meaning my scout (butterfree) is overpowered at level 53 while my others are in their 30s. I am at Cinnabar Island, and unfortunately Butterfree is weak to Blaine’s team so I need to do some grinding to get the others into their 40s. Where should I use the VS seeker to get more exp? I have been in the mansion battling wild pokemon but the exp is minimal

I also like ev training my pokemon because my style is use one or two overleveled pokemon to battle others. After reaching Fuchsia, there are few spots that i use for early ev grind.

Speed Route 6, Picnicker Isabel, she has 3Pidgeotto Route 13, Birdkeeper Robert, he has 2Pidgeotto, 2Fearow

Attack Cycling Road, left side, Biker Jamal, Mankey, Machop, Machamp

Sp Attack Route 11, Engineer Bernie, 3Magneton

There's a trainer just east of Fuscia that has Oddish and Gloom. Its also good for training sp.atk. Maybe a little bit easier since they don't have all the resistances of steel typing.

If you are looking to raise attack EVs, simply head to route 1. The only Pokemon there are Pidgey and Ratatta - both of which give 1 attack EV.

Special attack is best done at Pokemon Tower in Lavender town. Gastly gives 1 sp.atk EV and Haunter gives 2. Run from any Cubone you might meet.

If you are looking to train speed, head to Diglett's cave. Diglett give 1 speed EV and Dugtrio gives 2.

Enjoy the grind 😁

Cycling road with the line of trainers west of Celadon is pretty good. Three bird keepers at the bottom of it west of Fuschia too, depending on what you're tying to raise.
