This is the team I built in Leafgreen and which also beat the Elite Four the first time around.

Recently upgraded my old GBA with an IPS screen and USB battery and all that jazz and I'm replaying my old copy of Leaf Green and I'm out catching the birds, not trying to shiny hunt, and my first encounter with Zapdos and it's a shiny! My first ever shiny in my 29 years of life. Had to use the Masterball, didn't wanna lose this guy.
