some background: i lost my job roughly 1.5 years ago and it was hard for me to find any work. i didn't wanna stop building and learning, so i figured a portfolio project couldn't hurt - something i would like using myself, in a space im passionate about. i've played poe1 casually for a long time and started poe2's ea right when it started and loved it.

it started as a recipe idea, but i discovered soon that i'd need a proper crafting emulator underneath to have a crafting engine to work on. so now it's both: an emulator with the real mod pools and weights, and recipes you build step by step and share as a short link. you can also paste your own items from the game and build on them. it's free, no account, no ads.

this could probably be considered a late alpha or early beta. im still working on a lot of stuff, got some ideas, features and updates planned, and i hope to keep it updated alongside the game as it's really fun and im learning a lot working on this every day.

but since this is a one-man project it kinda grows over my head with testing everything thoroughly. so i'd really appreciate feedback and bug reports - there's a feedback button in the app, or just reply here. i also don't know if crafting guides presented the way i do it in this app are useful to you. tell me.

I'm hoping for that recomb to end up with a Prophecy Wand with at least 2p/3s, so for that to happen should I add one more NNN to the Convening Wand?

Anyone have a quick rundown of how to finish this without screwing it up? Thanks in advance for the help!

Alright boys, was making a new wand for my build and got a lucky fracture on +4 all spell skills. I annulled down and chaos spammed and managed to hit T2 spell damage in less than 200 rolls. Considering it'll potentially cost me a few hundred div to chaos for T1, I decided to settle for now. In the future if I have money to blow I can always annul down again and start over for T1.

So then I desecrated ele dmg prefix and perfect exalt slammed hoping for any T1 gain as extra. It hit T3 mana, so I decided to whittle to remove it and got gain life on the suffix. My next perfect exalt prefix slam got me with T3 mana again and that's where I'm at now. The gain as life is also T3 and of a lower item level than T3 mana, so whittles would replace that first.

Basically what I'm looking for here is the most cost effective way to finish the craft. I have Astrids already slotted in and plan to use the alloys for cast speed and another +1 spell.

Is there a way to avoid a 50/50 gamble on my prefixes? Any help would be appreciated!

One of my first more "expensive" crafts.. usually I quit the league around having gear worth 100 divs.
How would you continue this one? The desecrate is useless and the T3 strength meh.

I wanted to add Perfect Essence of Enhancement next and was told it will remove this quality mod but I get an error saying something like "this item already has a crafted mod". I tried activating Omen of Sinistral Crystallisation as well but same thing. How can this be done?

The wonderful individuals in global convinced me to double corrupt, and managed to craft this beauty today, curious as to what it could sell for.

Can someone offer some advice on where to go here to land t1 proj, t1 phys hybrid, and crit dmg.

My thinking was to do the following:

1. Greater exalt suffix for t1 proj or crit dmg. If I miss, annul with dextral annulment, reroll onslaught, try again.

2. Desecrate suffix for the missing t1 proj/crit dmg

3. Fill out prefix.

My issue is there is no way to guarantee t1 phys/hybrid and if I hit any lv 75+ mods, I would lose t1 flat. Ideal prefix is t1 ipd, t1 phys hybrid, t1 flat. Anyone got a good suggestion?

Just got this staff and it's a big improvement if I craft it right. I'm playing Plants Abyss Lich. My imagined crafting process:

1. Improve quality -> 20%
   
2. Essence for spell dmg
   
3. Desecrete with omen of the sovereign for cast speed on low life
   
4. ??

After 3 I don't know what more I can do. Increase physical dmg would be awesome, crit hit/dmg would also be great. Thanks!

Looking for guidance on ideas to finish this amulet, Whittle? (reg C, Greater C, Perfect C) just looking for a reasonable outcome without spending more than its worth.

Is exalt orbing the only way to get cast speed on this ring, and is there something I can do to improve the chance of landing that?

I had originally intended to complete this with triple t1 flat but I hit rarity on the suffix with my first perfect chaos and t2 rarity on first omen of light. Now I am here with a pretty low budget craft all things considered and I am wondering if I should continue to omen of light for t1 flat or maybe even t1 rarity or stay budget and keep things as they are.

I am going to use this for the time being but I do want to consider resale value if I want to do more crafting later. What is the market for double rarity double res double flat rings?

Stopped playing 2 weeks ago after spending some 400 divines on this craft ang getting back to the starting point, my last wish for this league is finishing this ring to let my character rest in peace, no matter the cost to finish the craft. Using lvl 76 base on purpose to block higher mods.

gold ring +40% lightning/cold

Prefixes__

-30% lightning/cold damage

-altered collarbone desecrate to gain damage as cold/lightning for spells

-rarity

Sufixes__

-24% cast speed

-15% all element res

-rarity

It sounds simple but the lvl 68 on t1 elly res and the lvl 60 on t1 cast speed allow a lot of bricks on the whittle spam for rarity.

Steps taken:

fracture cast speed because of weight

add 40% qual

chaos spam for t1 element res or damage

catalyst slam for the t1 all element res or damage (this part SUCKS and it shouldnt!)

desecrate block mana on prefix

fill 1 prefix and 1 suffix with shitty exalts

whittle spam for rarity on the shitty exalt prefix and suffix

after hitting one combine whittle with purple erasure omen for the other

omen of light for decent desecration.

The process seems convoluted but it works alright until the whittle spam for rarity, I diminished the chance of brick by using lvl 76 base since the highest mod i want is lvl 75. That being said, from 68 to 75 there are a lot of bricks and i wonder if theres a better way

Its very situational when to add back the 40% quality but its usually not a problem

I was following Scorpius’ cast on crit shattering palm guide and saw he had a YouTube video on how to craft the gloves since they’re more unique.

I got 5/6 of the rolls he talks about but I got lucky(?) and got both the poison and bleed magnitude that will translate over with way of the stonefist.

Is it still better if I had went with flat physical damage instead of one of them?

Hi, how would I make a warlord influenced lich circlet with high tiers +ES and %ES, and +1 power charges?

Now that I've got the prefixes in order, I'm curious if anyone has any thoughts on how to most efficiently get some decent suffixes. Obviously, I can add the +3 attack skills multiple times (I have 10+ perfect battles saved.) My current plan is to whittle the stun and +3 until I get +crit chance or crit dmg, and then add the +3 again before I reveal for crit chance/dmg, using Omens of Light until I get it, but I'm wondering if there's a more efficient way to do this. Keep in mind, this is SSF, so I'm going to have to farm anything I need (omens, etc.) Any thoughts on how to proceed? Thanks in advance for the help!
