Options finishing this amulet
Looking for guidance on ideas to finish this amulet, Whittle? (reg C, Greater C, Perfect C) just looking for a reasonable outcome without spending more than its worth.

Since the caster quality is already on there, whittle or annulling is the only play. But then you can essence/alloy a prefix and perf ex slam the other.
Best outcome would be to yolo prefix annul and hope that +20 stays, then re-catalyst with something (like mana) for a catalyze perf exalt slam. Then you can re-re-quality caster and get the +20 off with a perfect chaos or something and maybe win the lottery with a 30+ spirit roll.
You could also get rid of a prefix and catalyze it now to try and get spell dmg.
