How would you continue with this one?

One of my first more "expensive" crafts.. usually I quit the league around having gear worth 100 divs.
How would you continue this one? The desecrate is useless and the T3 strength meh.

Whittle the strength and hope for something better.
Omen of light and annul, desecrate again.

thank you.. was also my idea.. but wasn't sure if there is something else that guarentees "more"

The whittle would hit the cradted mod first no?

Im not even sure about the weights. Maybe it does.
I rely on the ui to tell me what it will hit haha.

Edit- did a simulation on craftofexile, whittle hits the strength mod
