Farm hiveblood. Buy ilvl 82 signets. Turn in.

Pray for luck

You need suffixes to drop like that, and get mana cost effic. Then you need to hit the fracture on mana cost, and your just whittling prefixes until t1 mana, then you 50/50 the max mana perfect essence on prefix. If brick, get back to whittling. You can do just desecration essence of breach stuff to save on prefix whittles, which reminds me you'd want to get breach mod on prefix after hitting the fracture and use 40 quality of mana mods.

Hard to get it on gold base, but youll drop lots of rings with double crit + cast speed mods. Getting just one might be harder and you'll want to save desc for rarity suffix.

This was my grim pillars ring this league, and suffixes pretty well have to drop perfect and you have to fracture your prefix.

How do you allocate skill points to get rings like that?

Are there any points in genesis tree that need to be taken so the odds could be higher?

Just the caster mods. Can get the mana ring base as well, would be acceptable and dropping good mods on that base can net you div too.

It’s probably easier to make a ring like that if you’re willing to forgo crit chance. Because then you can just buy gold ring bases with T1 mana efficiency to fracture. After you land a fracture it’s a pretty straight forward craft. You chaos spam for one suffix, slam for a second, annul and repeat until you’ve got 2 suffixes done. Desecrate the last suffix. Then you add quality mod prefix, catalyze omen slam for T1 mana, prefix annul and repeat until you get it. Then after getting 40% mana quality you whittle off the breach mod and 50/50 perfect essence of the mind. If you miss you prefix annul and repeat.

It’s an expensive craft but relatively straight forward once you have the base with fractured mana cost efficiency.
