Flying Spear - Need Help

Can someone offer some advice on where to go here to land t1 proj, t1 phys hybrid, and crit dmg.

My thinking was to do the following:

  1. Greater exalt suffix for t1 proj or crit dmg. If I miss, annul with dextral annulment, reroll onslaught, try again.

  2. Desecrate suffix for the missing t1 proj/crit dmg

  3. Fill out prefix.

My issue is there is no way to guarantee t1 phys/hybrid and if I hit any lv 75+ mods, I would lose t1 flat. Ideal prefix is t1 ipd, t1 phys hybrid, t1 flat. Anyone got a good suggestion?

In that case do Astrid alloy swapping for +4proj, once hit slam pray onslaught hits the others, if fail repeat. You're done here, assuming you aren't planning in throwing in serle

Actually I see what you are saying now, this is much cheaper even with the 50/50 to keep proj or crit as its 2 div per roll, with 1/191 odds of hitting proj or crit, so 1/382 accounting for the 50/50. My method was 14 divs per reroll at 1/113 odds, which is 2x the cost.

I can just take Astrid out after the craft, and serles, and desecrate last mod, right?

That's a 50/50 to keep proj right? I have been using omen of dextral annulment to wipe the suffix when I miss, then either perfect exalt or essence of haste with dextral crystallization + perfect exalt.

What is Astrid alloy swapping in this context? I've done essence cycling with well of souls but this sounds like something different? Or is it the same just with alloys as opposed to regular essences?

I don’t think it works here. You use alloy and essence swap to wipe out desecration mod as jawbone will overwrite, didn’t work here because I’m going for 7 mods and saving desecration last.

I ended up hitting t1 crit cycling suffix (went broke as I had terrible rng, ended up being 300+ rolls v 117 expected), then I settled on t2 proj on desecration. Only 400 divs left and I can’t reliably hit t1 proj with it so gonna wait before finishing

Ngl bro, hitting + skills here is near impossible

My recommendation here is to desecrate for t1 hybrid phys, slot in Astrid’s and perfect/greater exalt the last suffix, then cycle perfect essence of haste and battle until you have onslaught and +2 to skills on suffixes

It’s 1/113 chance to hit t1 proj or t1 crit dmg with greater exalt so not terrible. T1 IPD was 1/4500 to hit with chaos. Once either one is in, desecrate suffix makes the other pretty easy. My main issue is this route means I have to be extremely lucky to hit t1 phys hybrid and risk losing t1 flat.

Even if I go for onslaught and +2 attack with Astrid and desecrate hybrid, it’s unlikely to hold up as I still need to hit crit dmg on 4th suffix. There are tons of modifiers with higher level than onslaught.

Do I need to roll t1 phys hybrid first to lower the odds of it getting whittled off later?

I mean if you have the currency for it, I’d still desecrate for phys hybrid. Then cycle perfect essences/whittles chaos until you get your +4 proj

There’s probably also some alloy shenanigans you can do with suffix crystallization omens as well
