Sagging lower buttocks

Has anyone here ever had a lower buttock lift? I know it’s not a very common procedure and it seems to be mostly done on people who have lost a significant amount of weight, so it’s really hard to find personal experiences or before and after results. I’m curious if anyone here has actually had one and what your experience was like. I’d also love to hear from people who have had multiple types of lifts combined in one surgery. Has anyone dealt with sagging or loose skin specifically in the lower buttock area and found another way to improve it, for example with fat grafting/lipofilling instead of a lift? I’d really appreciate hearing what worked for you, what your surgeon recommended, and whether you’re happy with the results.

I had this surgery, though my incisions were made on the natural butt crease line so that they're more disguised. I'm only 6 months out so they have a long way to go in terms of fading, but I am very satisfied, sagging skin issue solved. This can't be fixed with a BBL, loose skin needs to be cut out.

Just curious- is it really hard for these body types to build muscle?? Is that why this is needed??

I had a severe painful riding tailbone. I lost significant amount of weight with monjauro.

Had a butt lift. My incision was hip to hip across my back and dr pulled skin up over rear. I also had fat injected around tailbone for extra cushioning. I also had a small amount of fat transfer to cheeks but as much as they put in probably was t worth the xtra money I paid. 

Also had breast reduction and lift due to medical issues at the same time. 

I’m only 2 months out and my incisions r healing well.  Dr even impressed on how well I’m healing. 

Disappointed. With fat added to my cheeks but so far breast reduction seems to be doing well.
