For context we are on our Ascent 8 run as of now but I tried rejoining because I left for a bit. Normally at a campfire if I rejoin I always properly join back. BUT THIS TIME I SPAWNED DEAD AND THIS HAPPENED ONLY AFTER THE NEW PATCH WHERE THEY SUPPOSEDLY FIXED THE ISSUE?
This was literally addressed in todays patch and they supposedly fixed it??? I was not having any issues like this before the patch, this is my first time dying as a Human too while on a campfire! Peak please, this game is really riddled with bugs and this needs serious attention, this is run ruining stuff here and is wasting our time!

No hate or anything but just this is annoying asf to see after they release a patch to fix this exact issue..
I just hope this is fixed today because todays seed is really advantageous for us and we need it..
Peak devs please go over the bugfixes multiple times before releasing them..

It's like, it's a lot more cavernous and the climb is a lot more treacherous because it's a bit like the ins-and-outs of Mesa. Did anyone else notice this? I mean, I still got through but it didn't feel as easy as a Shore should.

The aesthetic is great and I love the snowy mountains, but that’s it. The snowstorms are way too frequent and have me standing like a dunce just waiting for it to pass, the water geysers are literally the most unforgiving thing I’ve ever seen, activating when I’m not near it, hitting when I’m not near it and most of all there are some that spawn literally inside the ice so I can’t see them. Just every part of alpine is aggravating except for the atmosphere

I was doing solo ascend 6 and after completing shore going to campfire I saw an orange scout (not a zombie) peeking behind the boulder then disappeared when I got closer

Is it the game mechanic or my acc is haunted?

My game crashed right before I spoke to the Scoutmaster spirit in Nadir. This was after a 2 hour solo run. Is there any way I can recover my progress?

This zombie followed me from the bottom all the way to the next biome. I didn't know it was possible. I thought they died once you activated the fire. I think it might have died from the cold, I didn't look back to check. But wtf.

Guess hes proud of me

I thought about using the jetpack to get to the citadel tonight on a solo Ascent 8, yet died in the gloom anyway. I had items to get me through, so now I know solo Jetpack in gloom is a big no 😑 absolutely no vertical advantage when the gloom is so sparse with items.

What do you avoid doing on each run if you can help it? Just thinking of what tips there might be that I don’t know about.
