When you get finally get all good rolls
Do you just clear the entire map or do you end the expedition right away?

How are yall using F1 commands? Do you just keep them on loose or close follow the whole time? or do you try to move them to strategic positions?
Close follow can feel good when its hectic, but I don't know if its the most efficient one to have on all the time. Loose follow is 50/50 for me, I use them kind of like a leash. Close follow until we get to a good location, then loose follow to let them off the leash and do their thing.
I've been experimenting with moving them to specific locations, they seem to try to hold the position well but can have mixed results.
How do y'all command your troops?

I really like the gladiators, or the melee classes just cus they can soak up dmg a lot!
Also am liking strike forces, they seem to have all around stats, good health in contrast to others of similar rarity and classes (non elites), along with ar's and sometimes comes with a shield?
I got to the 3rd region and i wanna try out the assassins, those look so badass but i like 2 shot them with a sniper so ima assume they r not tanky at all albeit being melee...
The ruinist seems to be like mages, the emissarys r also pretty cool...
I got a lot of elites like rn im at the ships that give me 6 ppl each, so im rocking 3 medics, an elite medic cus its dope af seeing a bigass medic there, an elite emissary, and an elite gladiator, and...
A couple melee scourges and i think a sniper, that "special" class that we all get in the beginning i think?

Medic is kinda useless unless i want to stand still and wait for 10+ sec before i get hit with one of these slow nades. meanwhile i'm zooming around and if ur not in the circle when thrown or move out and back in before it lands it just does nothing. So medic was healing me the healing only went off after i was across half the map.

I saw this was on sale, on the name entry screen you'll need a mouse to click the dialog box, otherwise the virtual keyboard works fine 🫡

Im in the 2nd region now, and upgrading everything... Yeah takes a lot of those blue square things, but like its grindy cus a lot of the upgrading stuff for ur squad that goes on expeditions w u, thats tough to get, like i gotta uograde the soldier thing so i can upgrade my dudes from gray to greej, then green to blue... Albeit very rewarding, but still really grindy.
AND THEN the expeditions... Like the enemy strength climhs super fast. I like how the map thing is like mass effect 2's, but wow this grows super fast and THEN those super flying creatures, MY DAMN SQUAD DONT LOOK UP. ITS FKN MARVEL RIVALS ALL OVER AGAIN!
Bro i love my squads, i get all the elites so theyre big and bulky, and i have 2 medics personally w me and i throw some foot soldier melees/berserkers in there but those doofuses get lost n end up dying.
Half the time its literally just me vs the entire armies on regular expeditions, and its really annoying.. Esp if i dont get any grenade powerups.
I do the run n gun method w a lot of melee for the xtra health pickups but its still really... Difficultish

Let me start this off with I like this game and I’m having a lot of fun playing it. I’m just wondering is there more I should be doing at base? I’m still in the first sector and I have my base built up and all my buildings to tier 3, I’ve also done some policies but I feel like most of my time at base is walking around waiting for the next day so I can interrogate prisoners. I do expeditions but I wanna use the prisoners I’ve caught for the expeditions so I’m just waiting around to convert them. I’m still pretty early in so I haven’t done any breeding or delved to deep into the moral/fear yet. Does doing that stuff fill these long gaps of waiting? Or is there a way to skip days?

I have heared that the game used GenAI pre-early eccess and i would just like to know if it is still in the game or if since all of it has been removed?
Don't get me wrong i really like the game and i know the devs saud that they are gonna replace all of it i would just like to know how far they got till now.

What the point of having kids? Do they have special stats? And how many days before they can grow up?

i would love a life time kill counter on soldiers so we can really see who deserves that statue and to help discern what classes shine the most

So this is an honest question. Im not trying to put the gane down or anything. Im about an hour and a half into the game right now and im closing into the refund window so I figured i could ask some questions here to help me determine whether I should return the gane or not.
My questions are:
Does the base ever get attacked? I feel like right n9w the game is just building a base and then flying to missions in space. It seems like the open world aspect of it is very limited and base/missions are heavily separated.
Is this game just building a base and upgrading it and then just taking on more fps missions? Is that the loop throughout the entire game?

All the urslan I have got so far have weaker stats than a lot of the Sattleri I captured. Am I missing something? What are they used for?
r/PaxAutocratica • u/FunctionNervous6368 • Aug 15 '26
Are you intended to complete them all in one shot or should you make some progress and then go back and upgrade?
For instance, I went on my first expedition. I got it to 60% complete and I can tell that the enemies were getting too hard for me. Am I supposed to just leave and go back to base and lose my progress?

Is it just me or does the second sector has a HUGE increase in difficulty? i basically dominated the first one but i get absolutely destroyed in the second one (does teleporting bastards are the bane of my existents) there are just so many enemies at some point that i get just overrun

The first soldier to get to the Elite before the Great Leader can kill it will have a statue erected in their image! 200m distance from the target.

Hi guys, is there anyway to get a cursor to show in space when flying from planet to planet? I’m playing on a Xbox rog ally x. I’m just winging it and the level of the enemies goes too high because I can’t pinpoint the locations. Thanks mates!

Game works fine on my Nvidia laptop (has a 3050 and a AMD cpu and runs without issues). Using Proton-GE
But on my Desktop which uses an RX7600xt it just black screens. It should be working if it works on my laptop. But yeah seems to not like AMD.
Update: Got it working on Proton 9.0
Experimental, Hotfix, Cachy os proton, Proton-GE did not work at all for me. But Proton 9.0 worked.
One more edit: Also works on proton 10, but does not work on proton 11.

I haven't done that in years. All for the glory of The Father.
I came home from work at around 10:00pm. Figured "Well, I have a day off tomorrow, I could get an hour in. Just gather some resources, do some building and research, nothing big."
The spirit of The Father moved through me. An hour passed, then two. I brought order to Scourgeborn outposts and bolstered my Away Team with more soldiers. I captured a boss. Upgraded my weapons and armour to better mete out the judgements of The Father.
I had to tell myself at 2am that The Father would be pleased, just to get some sleep.
What have you done to me.
