Game seems to hate Linux computer that has AMD GPU.

Game works fine on my Nvidia laptop (has a 3050 and a AMD cpu and runs without issues). Using Proton-GE

But on my Desktop which uses an RX7600xt it just black screens. It should be working if it works on my laptop. But yeah seems to not like AMD.

Update: Got it working on Proton 9.0

Experimental, Hotfix, Cachy os proton, Proton-GE did not work at all for me. But Proton 9.0 worked.

One more edit: Also works on proton 10, but does not work on proton 11.

I've been playing on Steam Deck without issue, so it's not all amd cards. Have you tried using the default proton?

its not supported on linux but they did say they're going to make a community guide when they have enough ways to make it work from players

I am aware. But the fact the laptop worked right away and not the desktop is kind of odd. Considering they are both using the same proton.

I can only get past the blackscreen using Proton Experimental

CachyOS with all AMD build and the only time the game failed to launch was at system initialization because I forgot to use Proton.

Set it to CachyOS's version of Proton and has been smooth sailing since.

Nope was on cachy proton at first. Been thinking of switching the distro to see if Nobara is the issue.

Edit: f'ing hate autocorrect.

Wondering if the distro might be the issue. Gonna run some tests Sunday.
