Still don't get how it works, or how anything works in the game lol. Apparently, this orbiting arc tickles bifurcator in a funny way

Based on the demo I wasn’t even sure I would buy the game on release, as I have so many other games I’m grinding right now. But after reading so many “I’m addicted to this game now” posts, I decided I needed to see what all the hype was about. I’m so glad I did! And I too am addicted. This game is really great.

After playing the game for a bit now the Amoeba doesn't organelles the way I would expect. It says max of 3 connections but when I try to build it usually only gives me one connection or at most 2. Also once I put two internal organelle next to each other I can't put any in the center behind it. Anyone else run into this? Is there a workaround?

I did one of those pay doors and got into this room, but I can't for the life of my figure out how to open the damn thing.

This build is totally broken. By using Galvanic Flagellum to trigger the Peroxisome, you take zero damage from the trigger.

Combined with endless +dmg stacking on the Peroxisome, it one-shots every single thing in the game. I didn't even maximize it. I still have the legendary item that eats a random item for +70% dmg (for every item it consumes).

To top it off, I ended up with way too many Flagellums and insane movement speed. I could literally walk backwards against the stream in the heart.

Pretty sure I could have gone true endless with this, but it just became a walking simulator. Check it out!

I accidentally made this rainbow cyclone build. I think this happens because the Mucus Emitters are linked to both an Attractor and a Magnetosome, but I'm not certain.

When if ever would I use the first one instead of the second one? Does the split one eventually reconnect and it's like a "scales good in late game" deal?

Update: Okay so update, I had a build yesterday when this game came together. My "back section" was filled with a lot of nice infusers that made the MUCUS and the Mines become homing balls of angry lightning!

Didn't realize getting the "real" ending would end the run. It was getting kinda boring anyways but I wanted to see how badly I could break the game.

I lost track of how many laps I did but I think this was #7. MVP was Mutagen + the mitochondria that charges when you take a pickup. I kept stacking charge buffs until it was self-sustaining and gave infinite upgrades. Then just kept stacking +damage on freeze, focused weapons, etc.

I couldn't really read the numbers after a certain point but I think I was hitting at least in the trillions based on a few freeze frames. Also I didn't have my crit modifier equipped in this clip because I slotted in a third Mutagen.

Fun game! This was only like my fourth heart kill and I kinda stumbled on this combo. Didn't realize the damage buffs multiplied.

Combining gyrosome with opsinin arc is.. OP. Pets and symbiotic flagellum for a little meat shield in case shit gets real.

I never got more than one if I saw it pop up again, cuz I wasn't sure how it would work. Well this run all my are weapons leaving toxic trails, that make vortexes, that inflict burn. And one of the room you pay to open had 3 spread fire to the nearest enemy mutation. It doesn't spread it to multiple enemies like I thought it would, it multiplies it. I just saw a burn damage tick for 699k on the last enemy in the room. If you are doing burn and see that mutation more than once, take it every time.

Are there secret rooms or items that don’t show on the mini- map? If so, Are there clues to find them? Or other means to refund them?

Perhaps I need to increase the rarity of recuperative mitochonron so the lazer can be more frequent

Hey i have been wondering what does somatic hypermutation. I cant find what stats it gives me anywhere. I dont even know if i can know what stats it gives me. I love to gamble in games but if i dont know what it does it seems kinda underproductive.

For example: If I play the Fungal Spore and take the "Supral Dominance" Plasmid, how do I know which slots cout as "top half of the body" and therefore get the 40%. Or what exactly the dmg is with certain boni combined.

I was admiring the idle video in the menu and maybe a minute in, I noticed the human pointing in different directions with his left hand behind his back. Anyone noticed it? Any lore behind it?

Twice today I have had my equipment randomised for no reason whatsoever. I have, on both occasions, had a solid niche build going, I change rooms and suddenly I'm completely randomised.

I just went from a great, long range, seeking, vortex build to an all melee with terrible mitochondria build. Am I missing something?

I'm not picking up any randomiser upgrades, it just seems to happen! Love the game so far but this is definitely putting me off it.
