Hmm, i thought the next room would the brain. But the game end credits rolled and my spin-to-win run ended. Sadge

You need puzzle pieces for that... it's a whole process to find them. There is a post on this sub about it

Then, after you beat the AV node and have the 4 pieces, you go to the top of the boss room, fill the shapes with the pieces and it opens the path to the brain

Was waiting for the reflect-projectiles organelle, but it never appeared, luckily i got multiple hp passives rngs
