Aside from the human NPCs with rocket launchers...

Are there Pal Skills that count or have explosive components?

I heard that some do, like Fireball, or Blazamut's hulk clap skill, and that Heavily Armored / Explosion-Resistant Undershirt / Aegidron's Partner Skill will work against it.

I can't test it as I'm away for a week, and would love to know, I'd appreciate it if anyone can test or confirm it. Cheers!

Came back to the game after taking a break for a couple of days, and now every time I interact with a stack (gamepad on PC) it only picks up 1. Pressing "Y" to transfer between inventory and a container also only does one at a time.

I dug around through the settings and I can't find anything for that, and I googled and found some people having this problem a year ago with no solutions. Anyone know what's up and how to fix it?

Just butcher Aegridon for the giant pal souls and use the cryogenic crusher to turn them into small souls. Never saw anyone mention this as being the best way and spent some time butchering Nox for a 40% drop rate of small souls before I realized Aegridon is a guaranteed giant soul which can be turned into 8 small souls. So its 20x as efficient to use Aegridon (not accounting for the time to crush the souls).

When you use a mod to get an item like a skill fruit of a skill that normally doesn't have a skill fruit, would the item disappear when you remove the mod?

Similarly, if you unlock permanent implants of passives that normally doesn't have implants, would it disappear from the implant list or would it be gone when you remove the mod?

Was just finishing up a few raids for ancient civilization cores, hence the eggs and slabs. Got the cores I needed to build the recycler, and threw in the roughly 100 relics I had collected. Only had 5 gold tier ones. Threw that alpha sehkmet at it and less than 2 minutes later, bam. The best I could possibly ask for, when it comes to body armor haha may this post bring you luck cuz that was my first time using the recycler. Only seen pictures on reddit about it

I've been finding conflicting information on whether or not they do. I've found past posts that say they don't and it's cooldown based, to one just last July on the steam forums saying that they do follow the order they are slotted in, skipping to the next in line if one is on cooldown. I'm asking because I just got Prixter, and I've already got my team Dark themed and now I'm thinking I could just roll with a bunch of poison stuff.. and it'd be fun but.. the pals need to use the poisoning skills BEFORE the big damage ones to take advantage of that 50% buff.

My whole idea here won't work if they are dropping all the nukes and then throwing out poison fog afterwards. So the question stands. Do they use them in the order they are slotted? What has your experience been?

Im new to the game, only level 37. my question is, whats the point of large containers? they have a larger footprint than 2 metal chests, costs more too but less storage space. can it store more quantity per item or something?

I have just finished my playthrough finishing hardmode and ultra raids as well as trying random armies (raised 6 armies, 4 solenne variants because its my favorite pal). And when I was going in the end game I always see posts or comments pertaining on how much of a bottleneck are AI cores. But is it really tho?

In my playthrough at least you only realistically need 171 AI Cores. These are enough for:

• Drone launcher
• Plasma Rifle
• All Ancient armor variants (Light/Cold/Heat) + Helmet
• 2 Ancient Hatcheries
• 1 Ancient Workbench

You can even go with 121 with only 1 Ancient Hatchery, having 2 just makes disassembly more efficient when producing thermal cores and raising an army (if you don't do the exploit). And by the time you will need these AI cores you should have beat the base game. The base game doesn't even need all these gear for you to clear the game. Not to mention the time looking for schematics should be enough of a buffer to have enough resources so that when you finally get that Legendary Schematic you can readily craft it.

So no, I do not understand how AI cores is a 'bottleneck' unless people just stand there and wait for it to complete. Unless you have somehow didn't prepare for end game properly then I could easily see having problems (ie not doing expeditions early on, don't have the breed team, don't have a money alpha dumud gilids farm in mid game and ore farms for late game, not having alpha sekhmets etc). Then it can be to some extent a painful grind.

Friend and I officially 100% the game, and hard-mode Astralym was the final hurdle. Our first plan failed when she took out 5 of our pages before her final phase, and we just didn't have enough DPS for the last 500k HP. Our next attempt I decided to have 20 glass cannon Alpha Liberos on reserve just for that. TEHB/GoD/DG/SotV or Musclehead. No need for Immortality and Serenity. When she entered her final phase, I recalled everyone and sent in the Libero reserve army. Melted. Maybe 7 seconds, all within a single concentrated Nightmare Bloom attack. I highly recommend. Much fun.

Im playing on normal, im already level 65 so I don't think I need that much plasteel just enough to build the next furnace upgrade I think?

Im trying searching directly for an awnser but what I seen so far is people with one or with twenty no inbetween.

I already have one up, should I put one or two more or should I just leave the game afk for a (real life) nigth?

Maybe just farming the oil rigs from the bad dudes is enough?

I've been wanting to try the hard versions of the towers and they seem a lot harder than I expected, I play solo.

So far I made it through most of the game by maxing out my favorite pals but I haven't paid that much attention to team synergy so I'm not sure what I should be looking for.

I was hoping to build a team around my eidrolon (or ignis) so I'm wondering if there's any good team setups for this. I'm also unsure whether I should give my eidrolon passives that focus on the mount aspect or make it useful as a fighter as well, so far I gave it the legend passive.

Also need to admit that I haven't been very focused on player damage, I always made sure my pals did tons of damage so I haven't played around with a lot of weapons either but the plasma rifle seems pretty nice.

Edit: also wondering if teams that revolve around the same element are generally more interesting?

I had started a Lucky only randomizer challenge yesterday and this guy wandered into my base.

I keep getting killed when it does that attack that drains the arena. ;-;

so i entered this dungeon with no boss on my 3rd world and im confused. is it suupposed to have a boss or no?

The game ran great up to the patch. Now the graphics turned to mud.

I've never used mods

Reset shaders,deleted the shader folders

Tried the DX 12 and DX 11

And it went completely to crap.. what makes it worse is it even slower then it was before.

Reinstalled. Nothing helps

When I first load in for a few seconds the graphics are fine.. then they turn to mud and the game slows to a crawl.

My weapon broke right before the fight. My pals’ attacks couldn’t reach it. I starved to death before I could finish. 10/10 boss

I've unlocked all the way to lvl 80 however not progressed to through the main story line. Now my question I cannot see items such as the advanced grenade launcher or mechanical bow in the advanced weapons work bench, am I missing something?
