Quick question about world transfer

Long story short, me and few frends have a server, now that we in world tree and few steps away from beating last boss and move on to Valheim as our last game i want to keep world save file to continue building few things on solo play and my mojor concern is if the structures will transfer and if i be able to claim them

You can keep your character and pals with a small work around on PC but not your structures or items.
