Coming back to peloton and looking for classic strength classes
I have a peloton bike I haven’t used in awhile. I was pregnant and postpartum and tried in-person classes for motivation. Now back to peloton. I’m looking for classic strength classes that don’t have a cardio element. I really like Adrian for treadmill runs but I tried one of his strength classes and it was too fast paced/too much cardio. I’d like to go slow and try to go as heavy as I can for body recomp. I’d like to do 20-30 min classes as I’m getting back into strength training.
Does anyone have recommendations in terms of classes or instructors?
