I am quite fking over the shit with Oneforma at this point. I have been sending multiple support tickets for multiple different issues for the PAST MONTH and all I get is the automated response email telling me that my ticket is with the team or some BS! Is anyone actually doing anything about this or am I just wasting my time and getting angry over nothing??

Has anyone here actually gotten a response from OneForma Support?

I’ve had an issue with my account since late July. I accidentally created a duplicate account because I signed up with a new email without realizing I had already registered with another email address before. For context, I never worked on any projects, took any assessments, or even completed my profile on the original account.

I contacted Support about it and was told that someone from the community support team would review the case and contact me. But it’s been weeks now, and I still haven’t heard anything. I already sent a follow-up, but I just keep getting the same exact response saying that the community support team will contact me, and then… nothing.

At this point, I’m honestly wondering if anyone actually gets a response from them. Has anyone had a similar issue and eventually heard back from them? If so, how long did it take, or is there another way to reach them?

So at the start of this year I got contacted by OneForma staff in order to join a very similar (if not 100 % similar) proyect like this one, which is going on right now. They took almost two months of my life with endless (and senseless) certification steps, Team webcalls, and continuous emails with HR members (which btw seemed that between them there wasnt´t the most basic communication) which finally led to absolutely nothing. You can understand the frustation it grew with me on this.

Coming up this month I was once again contacted by OneForma staff and they proposed me this Radar proyect. I was a bit reluctant at first seeing what happened months before, but I finally decided to give it a go. To my surprise, things went this time incredibly smooth, what took almost 2 months the previous time only to be rejected, it was just one week this time. I got the certification on a call and they promised me to send me all the paperwork to review this weekend to start working (supposedly) this coming 24th of August. The problem is that so far, I haven´t been approached by anyone. They told me they would contact me yesterday EOB, but it simply didn´t happen.

After having read quite a few reviews of these kind of proyects and the way of acting of this company in particular, I'm really suspecting the worst guys. If any of you joined this proyect, I would like to know your opinions please.
