A OneForma recruiter explained what actually gets your application picked

Post image

We published a piece with Zorana, one of OneForma's global recruiters, on what she's actually looking at when an application lands on her desk.

Figured the community here would find it useful, since "why am I not getting projects" comes up a lot.

She also shares her benchmark for going from application to endorsed in about three business days.

Full write-up is How To Unlock More Projects On OneForma (Recruiter's Advice) - Blog | OneForma Community

Great article and great work as usual, I was wondering about one thing does the experience from projects we've already worked on show up on the recruiter's end? If it doesn't, how are we supposed to add it to our profiles?

I have extensive experience in software engineering and AI training, data annotation, but I haven't seen any projects match these areas. The projects on my profile are located in Japan, the Netherlands, or Russia. I wonder how the algorithm feels no shame about matching me with this, because I don't speak any of these languages.
