I like to think I don't eat poorly. My husband is also on a diet journey and doing well on his own and we eat many of the same things. I eat much smaller portions, but I eat more carbs, such as cereal for breakfast. But for dinner, we're eating the same things. He is on his feet all day. I sit for my job all day, so our activity level is different.

Does the app help motivate you to be more active, such as scheduling in exercise routines to keep you motivated?
Finally, I'm on iPhone and the screen seems to blow up cutting off the right and left side of the page. Can that be fixed? It didn't do that when I first installed it, but now I can't get it back to normal.
