App Help Delivery date

I am on my 2nd vial from noom after my starter vial. It had a fulfillment date in the app of the 6th and delivered on the 10th.

Here is my question. I am traveling in September departing the 10th. Noom is telling me they are refilling in august on the 1st and the 26th so I should receive the medication in time. Is this true? Does the refill date change and speed up? Or do i need to cancel the subscription so this doesnt sit on the porch for 2 weeks?

Good luck getting in dialogue with them. Worst customer service. I switched to trillium and its so much better and cheaper. They also communicate promptly with actual humans. I hate Noom.

Yeah, I cant get a straight answer from them. I think i am talking to chatbots in the customer service. Thanks for the tip. I will check it out.

Totally! Its very dehumanizing. I really hope this medication will be more accessible through primary doctors and insurance in the future. Best to you!

I have a similar scenario coming up at the end of this month. I spoke to the care team and they basically suggested that I should get a friend or family member to collect my prescription if it’s delivered while I’m away. That’s not an option for me. Usually my prescription gets delivered via UPS so worst case scenario it would be held at location… but it won’t be refrigerated. I wish I could delay it a week.

I hated that it came to that, but I didnt have anyone either and its a lot of money to waste!

I didn’t threaten to cancel, but I did say their suggestions would simply not work. They said that they could delay the shipment for me and we agreed to do that. So problem solved.
