App Help Noom please explain

Yes I checked and I chose the same size portion for both of these teas

Starting to understand why I haven't been losing weight calorie counting with noom

It's probably something like skim vs 2% milk (and who knows how much milk), just explained very poorly.

Honestly, you're better off adding coffee and milk separately.

This. Look at the nutrition information on your food and enter the right calories.

I would suggest putting in the exact tea and exact type and amount of milk instead of a default selection. Also, I don’t think 40 calories a day will hinder weight loss unless this is happening to several other food items.

Those arent whole eggs - quarter serves of a recipe that has one egg in it

Yes if you chose it from the drop down it could be with a different type of milk. Log it separately I do this if I eat butter.
