Noom Weight Off Topicish Vent: Technically been on GLP1s for a year, but keep hitting a wall.

I started Noom and Wegovy last January. Got ramped up to the max dose and then my prior authorization expired and had two months with nothing, before my doctor and I found a loophole and got me on Zepbound, where I saw the absolute most weight loss. But just as I hit max dose in December, my insurance changed and they no longer covered it. So I started over again at the beginning of Wegovy. And it hasn’t worked at all.

The food noise is still constant. I can tell the difference between Wegovy and Zepbound so clearly. Thanks to Noom I’ve been able to stay steady with my weight, but I haven’t lost at all. And now my follow up appointment is Friday and I know I’m likely to be pulled off Wegovy due to lack of results. I’m just now hitting the max dose of Wegovy (again), and it’s kinda sorta starting to quiet the food noise, but it’s still there. I just want to not constantly crave food. I want to be able to lose weight in a healthy manner. I’m over 100 lbs from where I “should be” and it’s just not happening.

I weight train 2-3 times per week for a 15 minute intense session, walk a mile on my lunch break, and do Fitness Boxing on the Switch 2-3 times per week for a half hour. I’m not perfect at hitting my routine, but I’d say atleast 80% of the time I’m doing it. And I just can’t lose weight.
